我国煤矿智能化采煤技术的最新发展

摘要

跟踪近五年国内煤矿智能开采新技术、国外LASC(Longwall Automation Steering Committee,澳大利亚综采长壁工作面自动控制委员会)技术和IMSC(Intelligent Mining Service Center,智能开采服务中心)技术的发展,本文分析了“十二五”期间攻克的综采成套装备感知、信息传输、动态决策、协调执行和高可靠性等智能开采关键技术以及研制的具有自主知识产权的综采成套装备智能系统,形成了现阶段可行的“无人操作、有人巡视”的智能化开采模式。通过总结针对中厚和厚煤层进行的智能化开采实践,表明智能化开采技术可将工人从危险的工作面采场解放到相对安全的巷道监控中心甚至地面调度中心,大幅减少了工作面的操作人员。最后,探讨了在智能化开采技术研究过程中存在的难题,并展望了未来十年机器人等新技术在智能化开采中的应用前景。
