智慧社会与人工智能——用于智能维护的大数据调度和全球标准方法

摘要

人工智能(AI)在智慧社会中的运用需要对人类习惯进行分析,而这需要使用智能应用、智能基础架构、智能系统和智能网络的自动数据调度与分析。在这种情况下,培训和操作流程之间存在鸿沟,因此需要一种专门的方法来管理和提取海量数据,并进行相关的信息挖掘。本文提出的方法致力于在智能管理中使用接近零故障的高级诊断(AD)来缩小这种差距。该诊断程序在社会5.0的任何情况下都可以使用,由此降低所有管理层面的风险,并保证质量和可持续性。我们还开发了创新应用程序,可用于以人为本的管理系统,以支持操作流程维护工作的安排,从而降低培训成本、提高产量,并创建用于智能基础架构设计的人机网络空间。来自12家国际公司的研究结果证明,操作流程可进行全球标准化,因此我们设计了一种能够自主学习和升级的接近零故障的智能系统。本文提出的新方法为选择新一代智能制造和智能系统提供了指导,从而优化了人机交互以及相关的智能维护和教育。
