摘要
本文在把握国内外石化工业和工程科技发展趋势、研判我国2035年经济社会发展前景、预测我国重大战略需求的基础上，提出了2025年和2035年我国石化工程科技发展的战略思路、战略目标、重点任务和措施建议。
