Abstract

Depending on technical innovation and strict, scientific management, the unprecedented Yangtze Estuary deepwater channel improvement project has made success under complicated and wicked natural condition. This paper briefly summarizes some new thought, course of action and effect in the designing, construction and management of this great water navigation project.
