摘要
本文总结了中国水利水电工程的发展,并与国外的情况进行了比较,对高坝建设安全保障、江河治理与非均匀不平衡输沙理论、跨流域调水工程、巨型水电机组、抽水蓄能电站、地下洞室以及生态保护等方面的重大技术进展进行了阐述。
