工业人工智能驱动的流程工业智能制造

摘要

基于对流程工业特点和运行现状的分析,以及全球智能制造产业的发展,本文提出了一种流程工业智能制造新模式,即工业人工智能、工业互联网与流程工业的深度融合。本文分析了流程工业现有的由企业资源规划、制造执行系统和过程控制系统组成的三层结构的发展现状,并对流程工业所采用的决策、控制和运行管理进行了总结。在此基础上,阐述了流程工业智能制造的含义,提出了人机合作的智能优化决策系统和智能自主控制系统的愿景。最后,分析了实现流程工业愿景功能所需要攻克的科学挑战和关键技术。
