中国制造业质量与品牌发展战略研究

摘要

自《中国制造2025》颁布后,国家和各省市陆续出台了质量发展纲要和行动计划,进一步明确了“实施质量强国战略”,全社会提升质量品牌的共识已经形成。为实现质量强国的战略目标,质量提升与品牌发展须解决两个关键问题:一是制造业质量与品牌需要适应经济新常态的新要求;二是制造业质量与品牌需要肩负起供给侧结构性改革的新使命。本文结合中国制造业质量与品牌面临的新形势,分析了目前面临的新问题,提出了我国制造业质量提升与品牌发展的行动计划,以及质量提升的政策建议。
