国外颠覆性技术识别方法浅析

摘要

颠覆性技术另辟蹊径，对已有传统或主流技术途径产生颠覆性效果，具有极大的应用前景，各国均积极对颠覆性技术进行识别与早期培育。本文梳理了一些国外政府机构、智库、情报机构、咨询公司、高校、专利分析机构等发布的典型技术识别研究报告，对其中的颠覆性技术识别方法进行了归纳、分析与评价，以期为我国开展相应的颠覆性技术识别方法研究提供借鉴。
