创新思维下的新能源汽车发展理念

摘要
新能源汽车为我国汽车产业转型升级，实现高质量发展提供了重要机遇。本文从发展新能源汽车应秉持的创新思维出发，分析了创新所需的理念、人才、氛围三大要素以及前瞻思维、差异思维、全局思维、循环思维的思维方法。提出了新能源汽车的创新驱动，政策驱动和市场驱动，好的产品、基础设施与商业模式，四网融合与四流融合的发展理念，以期为我国新能源汽车发展提供战略参考和借鉴。
