“一带一路”能源与资源行业工程科技合作探讨

摘要
我国已成为世界上最大的一次能源与矿产资源消费国，近年来能源与资源对外依存度也在逐年增加，“一带一路”沿线国家能源资源丰富多样，与我国具有互补性，能源与资源合作是“一带一路”建设的重要组成部分，是将地理毗邻、资源优势转化为共同持续发展的经济增长优势的关键领域。本文梳理了我国参与“一带一路”能源与资源行业工程科技合作的基础，分析了合作存在的问题，研究了合作前景，提出了加强工程科技支撑“一带一路”能源与资源合作措施，对未来我国能源与资源领域工程科技支撑“一带一路”建设具有较好的指导作用。
