“一带一路”电力互联互通浅析

摘要

“一带一路”建设不断向纵深发展,在基础设施、经贸投资和绿色金融等多领域取得丰硕成果。能源电力是“一带一路”国际合作的重要领域。为更好地认识开展沿线国家能源电力国际合作的重要性,本文从环境和成本两个方面阐述了沿线国家清洁能源开发的资源优势,诠释了各国间电力互联互通的潜力。通过思维创新、模式变革、技术革新以及利益共享四个维度,分析了技术革命对“一带一路”电力互联互通的支撑作用。研究表明沿线国家能源电力需求呈快速增长趋势,清洁能源资源分布广泛、优势明显,为电力互联互通提供了必要条件。在国际能源电力合作中,应充分发挥各国的比较优势,以新能源、电网、信息等关键技术的变革支撑“一带一路”电力互联互通。
