东南沿海区域食物安全可持续发展战略研究

摘要

围绕“东南沿海区域”即上海、浙江、福建、广东、海南五个省市以及“森林食品安全”“海洋渔业资源战略”两个特色专题的食物安全可持续发展研究,着眼于国际视野,通过实地调查研究、统计数据分析、计量模型预测等方法,分析影响区域内粮食及食物可持续发展的农业自然资源禀赋、食物供给与需求变迁、食物安全保障能力及面临的主要问题,探寻在现有资源紧缺和国际化绿色化背景下,确保粮食与食物可持续的发展方略。提出树立大食物观战略,实施三产融合发展战略,实施全绿色化、生态化战略,实施全球化战略的食物安全可持续发展的战略思路。立足东南沿海科技需求和政策目标,提出包含动植物种质资源与现代育种工程、优质农产品与生态农业工程、大数据精细化农场装备管理工程等十大工程技术措施。
