船用氢燃料电池推进技术发展研究

摘要

本文介绍了船用氢燃料电池推进技术发展的必要性、国内外现状、问题及技术需求。与国外先进国家相比存在差距:船用氢燃料电池推进装置的战略与目标亟待确立;氢燃料电池船舶领域法规规范研究不足;船用氢燃料电池推进技术工程化的部分关键技术有待突破;船用氢燃料电池配套基础设施建设缺乏。提出了我国船用氢燃料电池推进技术发展思路与建议,分析了船用氢燃料电池推进技术的应用前景。
