我国天基信息系统发展现状及未来展望

摘要

作为获取信息资源的重要手段,天基信息系统服务于国防和经济建设,正朝着一体化、动态化、实时化、智能化方向发展。本文立足中国航天长远发展,以文献调研、专家咨询为研究手段,详细开展国外天基信息系统发展现状梳理与总结;凝练我国在本领域的政策、产业、装备和技术发展情况,并对天基信息系统的未来发展趋势进行概括;重点分析了我国天基信息系统面临的体制机制、政策保障、技术能力、产业发展等短板问题。研究建议,完善体制机制来统筹协调天基信息系统资源,健全法律法规来引导天基信息系统产业发展,突出技术创新来建设天基信息实时服务系统,创新发展理念来构建天基信息实时服务。
