能源革命推动珠江三角洲开放发展研究

摘要

珠江三角洲是我国改革开放的先行地区,在新形势下因地制宜地推进能源革命,对推动珠江三角洲地区的经济、能源与生态环境的协调可持续发展具有重要意义。本文综合分析珠江三角洲地区各类能源供给与消费特点,深入探讨能源革命推动珠江三角洲开放发展所面临的挑战,结合珠江三角洲地区能源转型发展需求,提出了能源革命推动珠江三角洲的开放发展所采取的相关措施及建议。研究得出珠江三角洲需要依托“一带一路”与粤港澳大湾区建设,打造国家油气储备基地和可再生能源基地,实施能源消费总量与强度“双控”,增强能源技术开发与科技创新,以能源革命推动珠江三角洲地区进入绿色低碳高质量发展阶段。
