我国微生物产业发展战略研究

摘要

微生物产业作为战略性新兴产业,是我国培育发展新动能、打造全球竞争新优势的重要领域。在推进健康中国建设的重大机遇面前,发展微生物产业对于区域科技创新、产业高质量发展、保障健康并改善民生等具有积极意义。本文阐述了微生物产业发展的宏观需求,从产业布局、技术进展角度梳理了国际微生物产业发展现状,进而总结产业发展趋势;从产业政策环境、产业规模的角度概括我国微生物产业发展态势,对微生物安全、微生物健康、微生物制造、微生物医药等产业细分方向的发展现状进行调研,据此剖析发展面临的挑战。研究认为,建设系统化的大科学设施、发展产业化的系列技术、推动微生物资源的产业化应用,是我国微生物产业发展的关键举措。加强微生物高技术产业关键核心技术研发,推动建立协同创新发展的产业政策体系,围绕微生物创新平台实施创新驱动并集中打造产业集群,对提升我国微生物产业发展水平具有重要作用。
