农产品智慧供应链体系高质量发展研究

摘要
构筑安全可控、循环畅通、高质高效的农产品智慧供应链体系，是新发展格局下稳定农业产业链、供应链的重要依托。本文分析了农产品供应链体系智慧化转型的迫切需求，论述了农产品智慧供应链体系高质量发展的内涵与体系框架，总结了农产品智慧供应链体系建设的现有成效，凝练了供应链各环节数字化水平不均衡、“信息孤岛”现象显著、配套支撑体系建设短板突出等制约发展质量的核心问题。在此基础上，本文论证提出了面向2035年农产品智慧供应链高质量发展的思路与目标，建议采取深入开展农产品智慧供应链关键核心技术研究、构建省级农产品供应链综合管理服务大数据平台、推动农产品供应链各环节数字化转型向纵深发展、完善农产品质量追溯体系建设等重点举措，切实推动农产品智慧供应链建设并发挥应有作用。
