GaAlAs/GaAs平面波导串联矩形谐振腔滤波器的研究

摘要
基于四端口谐振腔滤波理论,采用二维时域有限差分法(2D-FDTD)数值仿真了矩形谐振腔的滤波特性,分析了串联谐振腔的个数与滤波特性的关系;设计和制作了GaAlAs/GaAs平面波导四串联矩形谐振腔滤波器,获得其滤波特性,测试结果通带半宽约为10 nm;与仿真结果有着较好的符合。
