高拱坝施工实时控制系统集成理论与应用

摘要：

针对高拱坝施工过程具有很强的复杂性和随机性的特征，提出将系统集成理论应用于高拱坝施工实时控制中，设计了高拱坝施工实时控制系统集成框架，从数据信息集成、应用功能集成、技术方法集成和监控指标集成4个方面详细论述了系统集成的实现过程，并研制开发了网络平台下的高拱坝施工实时控制系统。工程应用实例表明，基于系统集成理论构建的高拱坝施工实时控制系统能对高拱坝施工过程实现动态的集成控制与分析，有效地提高了大坝建设管理水平。

Development of a BIM-based production planning and control system for Lean Construction through advancementand integration of existing management techniques

摘要： As part of general construction management, production planning and control is vital for successful project delivery. Numerous approaches supporting production planning and control exist in practice and research. However, the different approaches focus on distinct areas such as workflow stabilization or cost control, and no single system combines all the requirements of a holistic production management system. Varying production management systems can be explained by the unique characteristics of many construction projects. As an approach for the digital twinning in the construction industry, building information modeling (BIM) can help standardize production management through shifting the management system design toward the digital prototype. Previous scientific work has acknowledged this approach, thereby generating numerous concepts for using building information models within construction management approaches. However, BIM is often merely used as a parallel support rather than as an integral part of production management systems. To address this gap and in terms of research methodology, we follow a Design Science Research approach. Thus, we propose a new BIM-based production management system, which is characterized by a theoretical integration model for BIM and existing construction management techniques, and a methodology for applying these concepts in practice.

大型公益项目全寿命周期过程集成模型及其支撑条件研究

摘要：

大型公益项目管理全寿命周期过程集成是指从项目决策、规划设计、实施、运行维护、结束等阶段的项目过程集成。本文以实现项目全寿命周期目标体系为目的，以系统观点、过程观点及价值工程思想为指导，研究了从项目策划、规划设计、实施到运营的全过程集成管理，及其不同阶段不同任务之间的相互关系和作用，建立了大型公益项目全寿命周期过程集成模型，并讨论了大型公益项目全寿命周期过程集成的支撑条件，实现项目全寿命周期的平衡与和谐，提高了项目投资效益和社会公益服务功能，从而提高了大型公益项目的价值。

Urban air mobility (UAM) and ground transportation integration: A survey

摘要： This study explores urban air mobility (UAM) as a strategy for mitigating escalating traffic congestion in major urban areas as a consequence of a static transportation supply versus dynamic demand growth. It offers an in-depth overview of UAM development, highlighting its present state and the challenges of integration with established urban transport systems. Key areas of focus include the technological advancements and obstacles in electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircrafts, which are essential for UAM operation in urban environments. Furthermore, it explores the infrastructure requirements for UAM, including vertiport deployment and the creation of adept air traffic control (ATC) systems. These developments must be integrated into the urban landscape without exacerbating land-use challenges. This paper also examines the regulatory framework for UAM, including existing aviation regulations and the necessity for novel policies specifically designed for urban aerial transport. This study presents a comprehensive perspective for various stakeholders, from policymakers to urban planners, highlighting the need for a thorough understanding of UAM’s potential and effective assimilation into urban mobility frameworks.

中国公路桥梁的技术进步与建设管理

过去30年，伴随着经济的持续发展，中国开展了大规模的公路桥梁建设。在“自主建设，自主创新”方针指引下，桥梁建设技术实现跨越式发展，技术水平跻身于世界先进行列。与此同时，公路建设管理体制实现从行政手段到市场机制的变革，在特大型工程建设中不断探索现代工程管理模式。笔者从工程技术创新、建设项目管理和可持续发展的角度对桥梁建设的工程实践和历史经验进行分析和探讨。

Creation and integration mechanism of instrumentation flexible developing system

摘要：

To solve many key technical problems during the development of modern instrumentation system integration and provide a new mode and fundamental technical equipment for the research and development (R&D) of modern instrumentation products, based on the concept of an instrumentation flexible developing system (IFDS), this paper discusses the creation and open flexible integration mechanism, perfects the integrated supporting environment and integrated system of the flexible interconnection, and constructs the new flexible integrated system. Based on the operation mechanism of the modern instrumentation developing system and the research and optimization of the rapid integration design method, the paper emphasizes the dynamic integrating method of multiple types of knowledge in a modern instrument R&D system, to effectively utilize the rich integrated resource and achieve rapid integration of the system. Applications show that the new IFDS can improve the integration level and efficiency of R&D of the modern instrumentation system, enforce the reliability of the system, shorten the R&D period, and reduce the development costs.

Persistent Integration and Innovation Management Mode and Its Applications in Petroleum Production Engineering

摘要： This paper proposes a new management mode named the persistent integration and innovation management mode to satisfy the requirements by the fast development at oilfields. Taking engineering philosophy as the guidance and technical innovations in petroleum production engineering as the breaking point, the management mode combines long term production practice at oilfields with modern management methods. The management mode integrates intellectuals, techniques, capital, and information and so on to accomplish global optimization of resource configuration. Sets of new techniques, new methods, new technologies and new equipment in petroleum production engineering have been proposed under the guidance of the management mode, achieving great social and economic benefits.

Optimization and simultaneous heat integration design of a coal-based ethylene glycol refining process

摘要： Coal to ethylene glycol still lacks algorithm optimization achievements for distillation sequencing due to high-dimension and strong nonconvexity characteristics, although there are numerous reports on horizontal comparisons and process revamping. This scenario triggers the navigation in this paper into the simultaneous optimization of parameters and heat integration of the coal to ethylene glycol distillation scheme and double-effect superstructure by the self-adapting dynamic differential evolution algorithm. To mitigate the influence of the strong nonconvexity, a redistribution strategy is adopted that forcibly expands the population search domain by exerting external influence and then shrinks it again to judge the global optimal solution. After two redistributive operations under the parallel framework, the total annual cost and CO₂ emissions are 0.61%/1.85% better for the optimized process and 3.74%/14.84% better for the superstructure than the sequential optimization. However, the thermodynamic efficiency of sequential optimization is 11.63% and 10.34% higher than that of simultaneous optimization. This study discloses the unexpected great energy-saving potential for the coal to ethylene glycol process that has long been unknown, as well as the strong ability of the self-adapting dynamic differential evolution algorithm to optimize processes described by the high-dimensional mathematical model.

川气东送建设工程是我国首次对超深高酸性天然气进行大规模勘探开发、集中净化处理、长距离管道输送、综合市场开发及利用的系统工程，具有特大型、超复杂、高风险、高难度的特点。在简要介绍工程的开发背景、建设规模，分析其面临主要技术与管理难点的基础上，系统叙述了建设工程主要的管理与技术创新系列成果、建设理念及所取得的成就。建设工程所形成的超深高酸性气田勘探开发配套系列技术和特大型综合油气项目建设管理经验，必将为同类气田的建设提供有益的借鉴。

Equipment–process–strategy integration for sustainable machining: a review

摘要： Although the manufacturing industry has improved the quality of processing, optimization and upgrading must be performed to meet the requirements of global sustainable development. Sustainable production is considered to be a favorable strategy for achieving machining upgrades characterized by high quality, high efficiency, energy savings, and emission reduction. Sustainable production has aroused widespread interest, but only a few scholars have studied the sustainability of machining from multiple dimensions. The sustainability of machining must be investigated multidimensionally and accurately. Thus, this study explores the sustainability of machining from the aspects of equipment, process, and strategy. In particular, the equipment, process, and strategy of sustainable machining are systematically analyzed and integrated into a research framework. Then, this study analyzes sustainable machining-oriented machining equipment from the aspects of machine tools, cutting tools, and materials such as cutting fluid. Machining processes are explored as important links of sustainable machining from the aspects of dry cutting, microlubrication, microcutting, low-temperature cutting, and multidirectional cutting. The strategies for sustainable machining are also analyzed from the aspects of energy-saving control, machining simulation, and process optimization of machine tools. Finally, opportunities and challenges, including policies and regulations toward sustainable machining, are discussed. This study is expected to offer prospects for sustainable machining development and strategies for implementing sustainable machining.

Biologically inspired model of path integration based on head direction cells and grid cells

摘要： Some neurons in the brain of freely moving rodents show special firing pattern. The firing of head direction cells (HDCs) and grid cells (GCs) is related to the moving direction and distance, respectively. Thus, it is considered that these cells play an important role in the rodents’ path integration. To provide a bionic approach for the vehicle to achieve path integration, we present a biologically inspired model of path integration based on the firing characteristics of HDCs and GCs. The detailed implementation process of this model is discussed. Besides, the proposed model is realized by simulation, and the path integration performance is analyzed under different conditions. Simulations validate that the proposed model is effective and stable.

The Integration Model of Closed-Loop Supply Chain Resource Allocation Considering Remanufacturing

摘要： Logistics resource planning is an integration model of materials requirement planning and distribution resource planning which is a resource allocation technology. It is a technology of satisfying both production material supply and resource allocation optimization which is based on inventory management. For the remanufacturing supply chain, recycling and rebuilding of products form a reverse materials movement loop which challenges the traditional logistics resource planning system. For the characteristics of reverse logistics of remanufacturing supply chain, we propose a closed-loop supply chain resource allocation model based on autonomous multi-entity. We focus on integration resource allocation model of materials requirement planning and distribution resource planning considering remanufacturing.

Lessons from market reform for renewable integration in the European Union

摘要：

The European Union (EU) has the most advanced, mature, and liberal energy markets that gave rise to the most dramatic drop in wholesale energy prices, whose fallen, however, has not been translated into a reduction in retail energy prices. Instead, energy prices in Europe rose above inflation year-in-year-out, and are considerably higher compared with major economic partners. This paper highlights the key limitations in the EU market designs and network access toward renewable integration, and the wide range of reforms that the EU is currently undertaken across the Member States to achieve two goals: to make the market fit for renewable, and to set a practical example of how a competitive economy can be built on a sustainable and affordable energy system. This paper concludes with key recommendations to developing nations, particularly in addressing heavy renewable curtailment.
