电力工业大气污染治理技术开发的反思与模式创新

摘要：

通过回顾我国大气污染治理技术的发展历程以及对我国现有大气污染治理技术的现状分析，针对我国在大气污染治理技术开发模式中存在的瓶颈，提出了一种以全方位多尺度系统级数值仿真模拟技术为核心，以要点试验和工程回归为辅助手段的新型技术开发模式，并实际应用该模式实现了大型火电机组烟气脱硫脱硝技术的开发和大规模工程应用，实现了技术的短周期开发和快速成熟。

Effectiveness of quality of care for patients with type 2 diabetes in China: findings from the Shanghai Integration Model (SIM)

摘要： This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the quality of care of diabetes in Shanghai, China. A total of 173 235 patients with type 2 diabetes in 2017 were included in the analysis. Profiles of risk factors and intermediate outcomes were determined. The patients had a mean age of 66.43±8.12 (standard deviation (SD)) years and a mean diabetes duration of 7.95±5.53 (SD) years. The percentage of patients who achieved the target level for HbA_1c (<7.0%) was 48.6%. Patients who achieved the target levels for blood pressure (BP)<130/80 mmHg and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-c)<2.6 mmol/L reached 17.5% and 34.0%, respectively. A total of 3.8% achieved all three target levels, and the value increased to 6.8% with an adaptation of the BP target level (<140/90 mmHg) for those over 65 years. Multivariable analysis identified the factors associated with a great likelihood of achieving all three target levels: male, young age, short diabetes duration, low body mass index, macrovascular complications, no microvascular complications, prescribed with lipid-lowering medication, and no prescription of antihypertensive medication. In conclusion, nearly 50% and one-third of the patients with diabetes met the target levels for HbA_1c and LDL-c, respectively, with a low percentage achieving the BP target level. The percentage of patients who achieved all three target levels needs significant improvement.

Subsurface damage pattern and formation mechanism of monocrystalline -GaO in grinding process

摘要： Monocrystalline beta-phase gallium oxide (β-Ga₂O₃) is a promising ultrawide bandgap semiconductor material. However, the deformation mechanism in ultraprecision machining has not yet been revealed. The aim of this study is to investigate the damage pattern and formation mechanism of monocrystalline β-Ga₂O₃ in different grinding processes. Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the subsurface damage in rough, fine, and ultrafine grinding processes. Nanocrystals and stacking faults existed in all three processes, dislocations and twins were observed in the rough and fine grinding processes, cracks were also observed in the rough grinding process, and amorphous phase were only present in the ultrafine grinding process. The subsurface damage thickness of the samples decreased with the reduction in the grit radius and the grit depth of cut. Subsurface damage models for grinding process were established on the basis of the grinding principle, revealing the mechanism of the mechanical effect of grits on the damage pattern. The formation of nanocrystals and amorphous phase was related to the grinding conditions and material characteristics. It is important to investigate the ultraprecision grinding process of monocrystalline β-Ga₂O₃. The results in this work are supposed to provide guidance for the damage control of monocrystalline β-Ga₂O₃ grinding process.

模糊中心聚类的模式识别学习方法

摘要：

基于一个约束条件下的非线性规划问题的优化计算思想，把模糊中心聚类中计算输入矢量与中心的距离来实现聚类作为一种优化计算问题，证明了模糊中心聚类方法，取一个适当的属函数，其聚类中心vi为模糊聚类中心价值函数的极小值，推导出了基于模糊中心聚类的模式识别的无导师递推学习方法，提出了模糊中心聚类模式分类神经网络结构，该网络可以实现并行数据处理和模式分类的软划分和硬划分。

Distinct gene expression pattern of mutations coordinated by target repression and promoter hypermethylation

摘要： Runt-related transcription factor 1 (RUNX1) is an essential regulator of normal hematopoiesis. Its dysfunction, caused by either fusions or mutations, is frequently reported in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). However, RUNX1 mutations have been largely under-explored compared with RUNX1 fusions mainly due to their elusive genetic characteristics. Here, based on 1741 patients with AML, we report a unique expression pattern associated with RUNX1 mutations in AML. This expression pattern was coordinated by target repression and promoter hypermethylation. We first reanalyzed a joint AML cohort that consisted of three public cohorts and found that RUNX1 mutations were mainly distributed in the Runt domain and almost mutually exclusive with NPM1 mutations. Then, based on RNA-seq data from The Cancer Genome Atlas AML cohort, we developed a 300-gene signature that significantly distinguished the patients with RUNX1 mutations from those with other AML subtypes. Furthermore, we explored the mechanisms underlying this signature from the transcriptional and epigenetic levels. Using chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing data, we found that RUNX1 target genes tended to be repressed in patients with RUNX1 mutations. Through the integration of DNA methylation array data, we illustrated that hypermethylation on the promoter regions of RUNX1-regulated genes also contributed to dysregulation in RUNX1-mutated AML. This study revealed the distinct gene expression pattern of RUNX1 mutations and the underlying mechanisms in AML development.

The influence of hand hole on the ultimate strength and crack pattern of shield tunnel segment joints

摘要： With the shield tunnel going deeper and deeper, the circumferential axial force becomes the governing factor rather than the bending moment. The hand hole acts as a weak point and initial damage in the segment joint especially when the circumferential axial force is extremely high. Despite the wide application of steel fiber or synthetic fiber in the tunneling, limited researches focus on the structural responses of segment joint with macro structural synthetic fiber (MSSF). In this paper, a 1:2 reduced-scale experiment was conducted to study the structural performance of the segment joint with different types of hand holes under ultra-high axial force. Special attention is paid to failure mode and structural performance (bearing capacity, deformation, cracking, and toughness). Moreover, segment joints with MSSF are also tested to evaluate the effects of MSSF on the failure mode and structural performance of the segment joints. The experiment results show that the hand hole becomes the weakest point of the segment joint under ultra-high axial force. A \ /-type crack pattern is always observed before the final failure of the segment joints. Different types and sizes of the hand hole have different degree of influences on the structural behavior of segment joints. The segment joint with MSSF shows higher ultimate bearing capacity and toughness compared to segment joint with common concrete. Besides, the MSSF improves the initial cracking load and anti-spallling resistance of the segment joint.

面向语义的精简化多关系频繁模式发现方法

摘要：

多关系频繁模式发现能够直接从复杂结构化数据中发现涉及多个关系的复杂频繁模式，避免了传统方法的局限。有别于主流基于归纳逻辑程序设计技术的方法，提出了基于合取查询包含关系的面向语义的精简化多关系频繁模式发现方法，具有理论与技术基础的新颖性，解决了两种语义冗余问题。实验表明，该方法在可理解性、功能、效率以及可扩展性方面具有优势。

基于条件模式的一种无分组并行频繁模式挖掘算法 Regular Papers-Research Articles

摘要：频繁项集挖掘是关联规则挖掘的主要方法。由于计算空间和性能限制，特别是当数据集剧增时，挖掘频繁项的关联需要大量时间和资源。在大数据环境下的关联数据挖掘过程中，通常采用MapReduce模型进行任务划分及并行处理，从而提高算法执行效率。为确保关联规则在任务划分和并行处理期间不被破坏，需要将内部关系数据存储在计算机空间中。与原始数据集相比，存储冗余的内部关系数据将显著增加空间的使用。研究发现，频繁模式挖掘算法的形成主要依赖于条件模式基。基于并行频繁模式（PFP）算法理论，本文提出一种无分组的PFP（NG-PFP）挖掘算法。该算法取消了分组模式，减少了子任务之间的数据冗余。实验结果表明，无分组模型在计算效率和空间利用率方面都有显著提高。

F-FDG-PET glucose hypometabolism pattern in patients with epileptogenic hypothalamic hamartoma

摘要： Epileptogenic hypothalamic hamartoma is characterized by intractable gelastic seizures. A systematic analysis of the overall brain metabolic pattern in patients with hypothalamic hamartoma (HH) could facilitate the understanding of the epileptic brain network and the associated brain damage effects of HH. In this study, we retrospectively evaluated 27 patients with epileptogenic HH (8 female patients; age, 2–33 years) by using ¹⁸F-fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography. The correlations among tomography result, seizure type, sex, and structural magnetic resonance imaging were assessed. Whole metabolic patterns and voxel-based morphometry findings were assessed by group analysis with healthy controls. Assessment of the whole metabolic pattern in patients with HH revealed several regional metabolic reductions in the cerebrum and an overall metabolic reduction in the cerebellum. In addition, areas showing hypometabolism in the neocortex were more widely distributed ipsilaterally than contralaterally to the HH. Reductions in glucose metabolism and gray matter volume in the neocortex were predominant ipsilateral to the HH. In conclusion, the glucose hypometabolism pattern in patients with epileptogenic HH involved the neocortex, subcortical regions, and cerebellum. The characteristics of glucose hypometabolism differed across seizure type and sex. Reductions in glucose metabolism and structural changes may be based on different mechanisms, but both are likely to occur ipsilateral to the HH in the neocortex. We hypothesized that the dentato-rubro-thalamic tract and cerebro-ponto-cerebellar tract, which are responsible for intercommunication between the cerebral cortex, subcortical regions, and cerebellar regions, may be involved in a pathway related to seizure propagation, particularly gelastic seizures, in patients with HH.

蓄流分离式灌溉模式研究与实践

摘要：

蓄流分离式灌溉是基于稀植性果树园艺类经济作物需水特性和要求，近年创新提出并实施技术试验与实践的节水灌溉新模式。综述了蓄流分离式灌溉模式基本理念；阐述了蓄流灌溉系统关键技术——蓄流分离式灌水器；分析了蓄流灌溉模式的节水增产、节能降耗、提升灌溉水温以及解决低水头条件下的灌溉均匀性等综合技术效应，指出今后蓄流灌溉模式应着力研究的主要问题。

Invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma with lepidic-predominant pattern coexisted with tuberculosis: a case

摘要：

We observed a rare case of invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma (IMA) with a lepidic-predominant pattern accompanied by pulmonary tuberculosis. An 85-year-old man with repeated cough and sputum was admitted to Xinhua Hospital. T-SPOT test result was 212 pg/ml (reference value of negative is<14 pg/ml), culture was positive, and tuberculin skin test (PPD) was negative (skin induration<5 mm). The patient was treated with several courses of antibiotics and anti-tuberculosis treatments. Repeated chest CT scans showed disease progression. Bronchoscopy yielded negative results. PET-CT scans showed negative results. A percutaneous lung biopsy revealed mucin-secreting cells lining the alveolar walls. IMA with a lepidic-predominant pattern was diagnosed after invasiveness was found after experimental treatments. Simultaneous occurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer are common; however, the present case of IMA having a lepidic-predominant pattern and coexisting with active tuberculosis has not been reported yet.

“奇瑞”揭穿了我国汽车工业的两个神话

摘要：

文章指出了发展中国家发展汽车工业的两条道路。一条是韩国道路，通过自主开发，发展民族汽车工业，成为跨国公司的竞争对手。另一条以拉美国家为代表，走合资道路，沦为跨国公司的附庸。我国汽车工业的主流走的是第二条道路。“奇瑞”成立不过几年，不但自主开发了四款轿车投放市场，而且出口国外，是我国第一家到国外去建合资轿车厂的工厂。这才是中国汽车工业的正确道路。文章建议国家支持像奇瑞、吉利、哈飞这样自主开发有中国品牌的汽车工业企业，在政策上给予必要的支持和扶植，使它们做大做强；惟有如此，我们中国才能拥有真正自己的汽车工业。

Interaction behavior and load sharing pattern of piled raft using nonlinear regression and LM algorithm-based

摘要： In the recent era, piled raft foundation (PRF) has been considered an emergent technology for offshore and onshore structures. In previous studies, there is a lack of illustration regarding the load sharing and interaction behavior which are considered the main intents in the present study. Finite element (FE) models are prepared with various design variables in a double-layer soil system, and the load sharing and interaction factors of piled rafts are estimated. The obtained results are then checked statistically with nonlinear multiple regression (NMR) and artificial neural network (ANN) modeling, and some prediction models are proposed. ANN models are prepared with Levenberg–Marquardt (LM) algorithm for load sharing and interaction factors through backpropagation technique. The factor of safety (FS) of PRF is also estimated using the proposed NMR and ANN models, which can be used for developing the design strategy of PRF.

U-shaped microRNA expression pattern could be a new concept biomarker for environmental estrogen

摘要： Estrogen regulates miRNA expression in a typical U-shaped dose-response pattern. E2 can regulate in the ventral prostate. Mouse ventral prostate is most sensitive to estrogen. Nonmonotonic dose-response in prostate could be a component of estrogen signature. Many studies have focused on environmental estrogen-related diseases. However, no consistent gene markers or signatures for estrogenicity have been discovered in mammals. This study investigated the estrogenic effects of 17β-estradiol on the prostate in immature male mice. Consistent U-shaped responses were seen in bodyweight, ventral prostate epithelial morphology, and miRNA expression levels. Specifically, most estradiol regulated miRNAs were downregulated at low doses of estradiol (0.2 and 2 mg·kg ), and whose expression returned to the control level at a larger dose (200 mg·kg ). The function of these regulated miRNAs is related to the prostate cancer and PI3K-Akt signaling pathways, which is consistent with the function of estradiol. Furthermore, the miRNA-processing machinery, Drosha, in the prostate was also regulated in a similar pattern, which could be a part of the U-shaped miRNA expression mechanism. All of these data indicate that the prostate is a reliable organ for evaluating estrogenic activity and that the typical nonmonotonic dose-response relationship could be used as a novel biomarker for estrogenicity.
