针对CAN总线中消息在固定优先级调度(FPS)算法下传输不可预知、低优先级消息容易被阻塞的问题,提出了一种基于时间触发机制的固定优先级调度(TT-FPS)算法,给出了最糟糕响应时间的计算方法。

CAN总线时间触发机制的实现

摘要:

分析了CAN总线的时间触发机制,基于8052单片机和CAN控制器SJA1000设计了时间触发机制的实现方案,给出了网络中基本周期中可传输的最大消息数目及可调度分析方法。以汽车引擎控制系统为例进行的实验结果表明,利用CAN总线时间触发机制不仅可以有效地管理消息的传输,而且提高了总线带宽利用率。

摘要: 基于控制器局域网的总线技术广泛应用于网络化制造系统。网络作为系统的信息通道,其可靠性对系统的吞吐量、产品质量以及工作人员的安全至关重要。本文提出一种新颖的控制器局域网节点可靠性评估方法,该方法使用节点脱离总线时间作为可靠性测度。基于网络错误日志和错误计数器值可访问的可观测节点信息,该方法可以估计网络中节点的发送错误计数器值。最后,建立了节点可靠性评估方法以预测节点的脱离总线时间。为表明文中方法的有效性,进行了多组实验。实验结果表明由文中方法得到的估计值与实际观测值相一致。

PCI总线在数控激光加工系统中的应用

PCI总线标准已经成为PC机的主要总线标准,它在三维激光成型、高速激光打标、激光切割等需要高速图形处理的数控激光加工系统中有着广阔的应用前景。文章分析了PCI总线应用中的技术难点,提出了解决方法,并为高速激光打标机设计出了图形处理卡,加工效率提高25%~30%。

Can energy storage make off-grid photovoltaic hydrogen production system more economical?

摘要: Under the ambitious goal of carbon neutralization, photovoltaic (PV)-driven electrolytic hydrogen (PVEH) production is emerging as a promising approach to reduce carbon emission. Considering the intermittence and variability of PV power generation, the deployment of battery energy storage can smoothen the power output. However, the investment cost of battery energy storage is pertinent to non-negligible expenses. Thus, the installation of energy-storage equipment in a PVEH system is a complex trade-off problem. The primary goals of this study are to compare the engineering economics of PVEH systems with and without energy storage, and to explore time nodes when the cost of the former scenario can compete with the latter by factoring the technology learning curve. The levelized cost of hydrogen (LCOH) is a widely used economic indicator. Represented by seven areas in seven regions of China, results show that the LCOH with and without energy storage is approximately 22.23 and 20.59 yuan/kg in 2020, respectively. In addition, as technology costs drop, the LCOH of a PVEH system with energy storage will be less than that without energy storage in 2030.

What can be taught in architectural design? —

摘要: This essay begins with a reflection on what has been taught in architectural design since the turn of the twentieth century. I shall trace back to the two disciplinary foundations of the French école des Beaux-Arts – and – in the education of an architect in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. I shall then attempt to superimpose and on a modern disciplinary framework, say that of mathematics, which leads to musings on a series of architectural problems that include pattern versus type, stability versus mobility, orthogonal versus oblique, confinement versus transparency, and aging versus metallic sheen. These paradoxes, I suggest, demand the education of an architect to address both the instrumental pattern of a building configuration and the ambient felt qualities of a room, rather than vision alone.

Quantitative analysis of CO

摘要: The increasing volume of CO embodiment in international trade adds a layer of complexity to environmental policies and has raised arguments on the traditional production based responsibility for CO emissions. In order to help understand the quantity of CO embodiment in trade and its policy implications, this paper gives observations to recently emerging literatures that quantitatively discuss CO embodiment in trade. The analytical approaches share the principle of using input and output modeling but vary dramatically in study boundary and estimation accuracy. The calculations can be roughly categorized into three types: direct quantification of CO embodiments in multiregional trade, direct quantification of CO embodiment in bilateral trade, and indirect analysis by comparing the scenarios with or without trade. The practical estimations strongly rely on trade partner selection and data availability. An obvious imbalance of net CO embodiment in the commodity trade between major developed countries and developing economies as a whole was confirmed by these literatures. Carbon taxes and other possible limitations on CO emissions have been addressed. The consistency across the calculations could be enhanced by systematic analyses in more detail to convince the international community to take binding commitments for the reduction of global CO emissions.

Can we migrate COVID-19 spreading risk?

摘要: Abstract It is well recognized that Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus could be spread through touch and large droplets. However, we may have under-estimated the disease transmission by small droplets or aerosols that contain SARS-CoV-2 virus. Social distancing in public transport vehicles, such as airplanes, is not feasible. It is also not possible to wear masks in restaurant. This paper recommended wearing masks in airplanes and use partition screens in the middle of a table in a restaurant to reduce the infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus. Advanced ventilation systems, such as personalized ventilation and displacement ventilation, are strongly recommended for transport vehicles and buildings.

Oxidation and biotoxicity assessment of microcystin-LR using different AOPs based on UV, O

摘要: Microcystin-LR attracts attention due to its high toxicity, high concentration and high frequency. The removal characteristics of UV/H O and O /H O advanced oxidation processes and their individual process for MC-LR were investigated and compared in this study. Both the removal efficiencies and rates of MC-LR as well as the biotoxicity of degradation products was analyzed. Results showed that the UV/H O process and O /H O were effective methods to remove MC-LR from water, and they two performed better than UV-, O -, H O -alone processes under the same conditions. The effects of UV intensity, H O concentration and O concentration on the removal performance were explored. The synergistic effects between UV and H O , O and H O were observed. UV dosage of 1800 mJ·cm was required to remove 90% of 100 g·L MC-LR, which amount significantly decreased to 500 mJ·cm when 1.7 mg·L H O was added. 0.25 mg·L O , or 0.125 mg·L O with 1.7 mg·L H O was needed to reach 90% removal efficiency. Furthermore, the biotoxicity results about these UV/H O , O /H O and O -alone processes all present rising trends with oxidation degree of MC-LR. Biotoxicity of solution, equivalent to 0.01 mg·L Zn , raised to 0.05 mg·L Zn after UV/H O or O /H O reaction. This phenomenon may be attributed to the aldehydes and ketones with small molecular weight generated during reaction. Advice about the selection of MC-LR removal methods in real cases was provided.

Pharmacogenomics can improve antipsychotic treatment in schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is a widespread mental disease with a prevalence of about 1% in the world population, and heritability of up to 80%. Drug therapy is an important approach to treating the disease. However, the curative effect of antipsychotic is far from satisfactory in terms of tolerability and side effects. Many studies have indicated that about 30% of the patients exhibit little or no improvements associated with antipsychotics. The response of individual patients who are given the same dose of the same drug varies considerably. In addition, antipsychotic drugs are often accompanied by adverse drug reactions (ADRs), which can cause considerable financial loss in addition to the obvious societal harm. So, it is strongly recommended that personalized medicine should be implemented both to improve drug efficacy and to minimize adverse events and toxicity. There is therefore a need for pharmacogenomic studies into the factors affecting response of schizophrenia patients to antipsychotic drugs to provide informed guidance for clinicians. Individual differences in drug response is due to a combination of many complex factors including ADEM (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion) process, transporting, binding with receptor and intracellular signal transduction. Pharmacogenetic and pharmacogenomic studies have successfully identified genetic variants that contribute to this interindividual variability in antipsychotics response. In addition, epigenetic factors such as methylation of DNA and regulation by miRNA have also been reported to play an important role in the complex interactions between the multiple genes and environmental factors which influence individual drug response phenotypes in patients. In this review, we will focus on the latest research on polymorphisms of candidate genes that code for drug metabolic enzymes (CYP2D6, CYP1A2, CYP3A4, etc.), drug transporters (mainly ABCB1) and neurotransmitter receptors (dopamine receptors and serotonin receptors, etc.). We also discuss the genome-wide pharmacogenomic study of schizophrenia and review the current state of knowledge on epigenetics and potential clinical applications.
