摘要:

针对石化特种设备中硫化氢(H2S应力腐蚀问题现状,综合比较了国际权威机构NACE,EFC以及ISO发布的最新标准、规范,对H2S应力腐蚀的环境界定、试验方法、影响因素、应力腐蚀评价准则及对材料的要求等做了扼要的综述。同时对焊接残余应力的产生、测定方法、消除措施等进行了论述,列举了实际参与研究的发生应力腐蚀容器的实例及残余应力的影响。

普光气田地面集输系统的内腐蚀控制与监测

Impacts of CO2 and H2S on the risk of hydrate formation during pipeline transport of natural gas

摘要: Evaluation of maximum content of water in natural gas before water condenses out at a given temperature and pressure is the initial step in hydrate risk analysis during pipeline transport of natural gas. The impacts of CO and H S in natural gas on the maximum mole-fractions of water that can be tolerated during pipeline transport without the risk of hydrate nucleation has been studied using our novel thermodynamic scheme. Troll gas from the North Sea is used as a reference case, it contains very negligible amount of CO and no H S. Varying mole-fractions of CO and H S were introduced into the Troll gas, and the effects these inorganic impurities on the water tolerance of the system were evaluated. It is observed that CO does not cause any distinguishable impact on water tolerance of the system, but H S does. Water tolerance decreases with increase in concentration of H S. The impact of ethane on the system was also investigated. The maximum mole-fraction of water permitted in the gas to ensure prevention of hydrate formation also decreases with increase in the concentration of C H like H S. H S has the most impact, it tolerates the least amount of water among the components studied.

高酸性气田开发安全工程概论——普光气田安全工程实践

面对我国首个特大型超深高酸性普光气田的开发建设系统工程,在吸取前人惨痛教训的基础上,坚持科学发展观,以全新的安全理念统揽整个系统工程,突出观念转变、标准规范、本质安全、系统监督等环节,形成了高酸性气田开发配套的安全工程,确保了普光超深高酸性气田开发建设工程的胜利完成。

Photoelectrocatalytic generation of H and S from toxic HS by using a novel BiOI/WO nanoflake array photoanode

摘要: In this paper, a photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) recovery of toxic H2S into H2 and S system was proposed using a novel bismuth oxyiodide (BiOI)/ tungsten trioxide (WO3) nano-flake arrays (NFA) photoanode. The BiOI/WO3 NFA with a vertically aligned nanostructure were uniformly prepared on the conductive substrate via transformation of tungstate following an impregnating hydroxylation of BiI3. Compared to pure WO3 NFA, the BiOI/WO3 NFA promotes a significant increase of photocurrent by 200%. Owing to the excellent stability and photoactivity of the BiOI/WO3 NFA photoanode and I/I 3 catalytic system, the PEC system toward splitting of H2S totally converted S2– into S without any polysulfide ( Sx n) under solar-light irradiation. Moreover, H2 was simultaneously generated at a rate of about 0.867 mL/(h·cm). The proposed PEC H2S splitting system provides an efficient and sustainable route to recover H2 and S.

NOx and H2S formation in the reductive zone of air-staged combustion of

摘要: Low NO combustion of blended coals is widely used in coal-fired boilers in China to control NO emission; thus, it is necessary to understand the formation mechanism of NO and H S during the combustion of blended coals. This paper focused on the investigation of reductive gases in the formation of NO and H S in the reductive zone of blended coals during combustion. Experiments with Zhundong (ZD) and Commercial (GE) coal and their blends with different mixing ratios were conducted in a drop tube furnace at 1200°C–1400°C with an excessive air ratio of 0.6–1.2. The coal conversion and formation characteristics of CO, H S, and NO in the fuel-rich zone were carefully studied under different experimental conditions for different blend ratios. Blending ZD into GE was found to increase not only the coal conversion but also the concentrations of CO and H S as NO reduction accelerated. Both the CO and H S concentrations inblended coal combustion increase with an increase in the combustion temperature and a decrease in the excessive air ratio. Based on accumulated experimental data, one interesting finding was that NO and H S from blended coal combustion were almost directly dependent on the CO concentration, and the CO concentration of the blended coal combustion depended on the single char gasification conversion.Thus, CO, NO , and H S formation characteristics from blended coal combustion can be well predicted by single char gasification kinetics.

锌液冷却管损坏机理的研究

摘要: 锌液的表面张力小,渗透性强,腐蚀性强,能与冷却管中的铁元素生成铁-锌合金,能溶解冷却管中碳、硅等元素,锌液对冷却管的强腐蚀性,是影响锌液冷却管使用寿命的决定性因素;锌液冷却管的损坏是高温腐蚀应力腐蚀共同作用的结果,热应力和残余应力促使其损坏由高温腐蚀应力腐蚀发展;冷却管损坏位置由热应力和残余应力共同决定,其中热应力起主导作用。

基于有限元理论并结合局部应力应变法, 得到了确定尺寸腐蚀坑底部在疲劳载荷作用下产 生非扩展裂纹的萌生寿命值;采用断裂力学模型 通过求解数值积分和非线性方程,得到了微裂纹 扩展到极限尺寸的寿命值和等效裂纹的尺寸;采 用神经网络技术建立了腐蚀坑尺寸与等效裂纹尺 寸之间的非线性映射关系。

摘要: Heterocyclic compound quinoline and its derivatives exist in natural compounds and have a broad spectrum of biological activity. They play an important role in the design of new structural entities for medical applications. Similarly, indoles and their derivatives are found widely in nature. Amino acids, alkaloids and auxin are all derivatives of indoles, as are dyes, and their condensation with aldehydes makes it easy to construct reaction sites for nucleophilic addition agents. In this work, we combine these two groups organically to construct a rapid response site (within 30 s) for H S, and at the same time, a ratiometric fluorescence response is presented throughout the process of H S detection. As such, the lower detection limit can reach 55.7 nmol/L for H S. In addition, cell imaging shows that this probe can be used for the mitochondrial targeted detection of endogenous and exogenous H S. Finally, this probe application was verified by imaging H S in nude mice.

PSS sorbents for removing trace hydrogen sulfide in methane

摘要: Sorbents of the pressure swing sorption process (PSS) to remove trace amount of H S (190 ppm) contained in methane were experimentally studied. The sorbents consist of adsorbent carrier (silica gel or activated carbon) and absorbent which spreads outside the carrier granules’ pores (triethanolamine, TEA or -methyl-2-pyrrolidone, NMP). The results of breakthrough and regeneration tests show that silica gel is more suitable to be the carrier than activated carbon and TEA is more suitable to be the absorbent than NMP. The loaded absorbent could enlarge the sorption capacity of H S considerably. And the BET tests indicate that the absorbent deposits on the surface of the carrier’s pores and can reduce the mesopores’ size and block the micropores.

Endemicity of H9N2 and H5N1 avian influenza viruses in poultry in China poses a serious threat to poultry

摘要: The H9N2 and H5N1 avian influenza viruses (AIVs) have been circulating in poultry in China and become endemic since 1998 and 2004, respectively. Currently, they are prevalent in poultry throughout China. This endemicity makes them actively involved in the emergence of the novel lineages of other subtypes of influenza viruses, such as the well-known viruses of the highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N2 and the 2013 novel H7N7, H7N9 and H10N8 subtypes, thereby threatening both the poultry industry and public health. Here, we will review briefly the prevalence and evolution, pathogenicity, transmission, and disease control of these two subtypes and also discuss the possibility of emergence of potentially virulent and highly transmissible AIVs to humans.
