A new type of quadratic acceleration method

摘要: The polynomial acceleration method for time history analysis is presented, in which accelerations between several equal neighboring time steps were assumed to be a polynomial function of time interval. With a higher order polynomial used, a higher accuracy can be obtained, but the stability field of the method becomes narrower. When stability field and computational accuracy are taken into account at the same time, the quadratic acceleration method is superior to linear and cubic acceleration methods in choosing the maximum acceptable time step size. It is also shown that the quadratic acceleration method has desirable arithmetic damp, amplitude decay rate and period elongation rate, though its conditional stability restricts its application in stiff structures.

Position-varying surface roughness prediction method considering compensated acceleration in milling

摘要: Machined surface roughness will affect parts’ service performance. Thus, predicting it in the machining is important to avoid rejects. Surface roughness will be affected by system position dependent vibration even under constant parameter with certain toolpath processing in the finishing. Aiming at surface roughness prediction in the machining process, this paper proposes a position-varying surface roughness prediction method based on compensated acceleration by using regression analysis. To reduce the stochastic error of measuring the machined surface profile height, the surface area is repeatedly measured three times, and Pauta criterion is adopted to eliminate abnormal points. The actual vibration state at any processing position is obtained through the single-point monitoring acceleration compensation model. Seven acceleration features are extracted, and valley, which has the highest R-square proving the effectiveness of the filtering features, is selected as the input of the prediction model by mutual information coefficients. Finally, by comparing the measured and predicted surface roughness curves, they have the same trends, with the average error of 16.28% and the minimum error of 0.16%. Moreover, the prediction curve matches and agrees well with the actual surface state, which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the model.

Experimental study of structural damage identification based on modal parameters and decay ratio of acceleration

摘要: A novel damage assessment method based on the decay ratio of acceleration signals (DRAS) was proposed. Two experimental tests were used to show the efficiency. Three beams were gradually damaged, and then the changes of dynamic parameters were monitored from initial to failure state. In addition, a new method was compared with the linear modal-based damage assessment using wavelet transform (WT). The results clearly show that DRAS increases in linear elasticity state and microcrack propagation state, while DRAS decreases in macrocrack propagation state. Preliminary analysis was developed considering the beat phenomenon in the nonlinear state to explain the turn point of DRAS. With better sensibility of damage than modal parameters, probably DRAS is a promising damage indicator in damage assessment.

Design and characteristics of electric supercharger for diesel engine acceleration by additional rapid

摘要: The ES (electric supercharger) driven by a high-speed brushless motor was developed to solve the problem of smoke caused by the turbocharger s sluggish response during acceleration. Its rotation speed was from 6 000 r/min to 24 000 r/min, and the maximum flux was 0.1 kg/s. The structural design of the electric supercharger is novel, which makes it easier to set the lubricating installation and to assemble. The velocity distribution at the outlet of the electric supercharger is determined by hot-wire anemometry under various rotation speeds in steady state. Furthermore, the trends of the flux and charge rate with various speeds were analyzed. In addition, the transient response was detected from the motor setup to smooth running within 10 s, 15 s, 20 s and 25 s respectively, and the characteristic of the transient flux is under pilot study. Research results indicate that the electric supercharger can respond rapidly with the great flux, and it is independent of the operating conditions of a diesel engine. Therefore, it is a feasible way to reduce smoke emission and improve the acceleration performance.

One DOF mechanism for the mechanical harvest of vines in an arbor structure and the validation of the acceleration

In the mechanized harvest of vines, grape berries are detached through the vibration to the structure supporting the clusters. According to the kind of guide selected, the clusters require one or two vibration directions in the structure. For guiding in parral structures, vibration is necessary in two directions or planes: One perpendicular to the other. The guide branches producing the clusters develop in these planes, and the guiding is called H-guiding. Mechanism theory indicates that a mechanism has as many degrees of freedom as its actuators, and an actuator is needed to achieve a certain vibration. Having the smallest number of possible actuators is beneficial in reducing moving parts and achieving more compact and easily controllable mecha-nisms. In this case, a single degree-of-freedom mechanism is proposed. It is capable of generating vibrations on two planes: One perpendicular to the other. This mechanism is the sum of two link mechanisms on perpendicular planes with a common outlet located at the output rod of the mechanism where the actuator is found. As the distance between the soil and the elements containing the clusters is not constant, a system has been designed to measure the accelerations at the bars and the rocker to validate the acceleration values that detach the grape berries in a prototype in a lab experiment, to ensure that the acceleration needed for pulling the grape berries are produced at any contact point of the bar.

矿井提升机绳系合理激励加速度反演分析与设计

提升绳系的激励加速度决定着提升容器的乘坐舒适性和提升钢绳中动张力的大小,过大的动张力将导致滑绳(摩擦提升)或断绳(缠绕式提升)。基于提升钢绳为连续弹性杆的条件,建立了绳系的偏微分方程,采用特性线数值分析方法,以满足提升容器的乘坐舒适性和提升钢丝绳产生较小动张力为目标,对矿井提升机绳系要求的合理激励加速度曲线进行了反演分析与设计。

Dynamic characteristics of NC table with SVD

摘要: This paper employs the SVD (singular value decomposition) method to study dynamic characteristics of a numerical control (NC) table. Acceleration signals of the NC table at three directions are tested; the singular spectrum of the signals is acquired with SVD; principal components of the signals are found out; dynamic characteristics of the signals and their contributing factors are studied by extracting dynamic characteristics of principal components; and signals and principal components are quantitatively analyzed by calculating signal energy. Results indicate that signal characteristics of the previous two principal components are apparent, based on which dynamic characteristics of chaotic signal can be extracted. Signal at the perpendicular direction of the table is significantly correlated with that at the horizontal motion direction, which indicates that they are excited from the same vibration source. However, signals perpendicular to each other in terms of the motion direction at the horizontal level are rarely correlated; the total signal energy is maximum at the motion direction, minimum at the horizontal non-motion direction, and medium at the perpendicular non-motion direction. Bending vibration of the lead screw at the perpendicular direction is far more violent than that at the horizontal direction.

基于惯性能时空最优分布的高加速轻载机构精密定位方法 Article

摘要:

高速运动精密定位是微电子封装设备中高加速轻载执行机构的基本运动需求。本文推导了高加速机构瞬态非线性动力学响应方程,揭示了刚度、频率、阻尼 (与材料空间布局相关) 和驱动频率 (与运动规划相关) 是主要影响因素。据此,在满足高加速机构精密定位的条件下,笔者提出了一种基于最优非线性动力学响应的结构优化和速度规划新方法。在结构优化中,首先分析了目前流行的基于等效静态载荷的柔性多体动力学优化方法未充分考虑惯性载荷的不足,然后提出了基于等效模态的柔性多体动力学最优动态响应优化新方法;在速度规划上,针对传统的几何光滑方法不能反映系统动态特性的缺陷,提出了基于变边界条件非线性动力学响应优化的速度规划新方法。将所提方法应用到高速固晶焊头的优化设计中,通过结构优化,降低振幅超过20%,再经非对称变加速规划,缩短定位时间超过40%。本文提出的方法为微电子封装类装备等高加速轻载机构精密定位的实现提供了有效的理论支撑和解决途径。

Influence of core stiffness on the behavior of tall timber buildings subjected to wind loads

摘要: This study analyzes the feasibility of the use of cross-laminated timber (CLT) as a load-bearing structural element in a 40-story building based on Chinese design requirements. The proposed design of the high-rise concrete–CLT building utilizes the core–outrigger system. Concrete is used for the central core and outriggers, and CLT is used for the rest of the structure of the building. Finite element models with different types of connections were developed using SAP2000 to analyze the lateral behavior of the building under wind action. The finite element models with rigid connections deduce the wind load distributions on individual structural elements, which determine the total number and the stiffness of fasteners of the CLT panels. Accordingly, spring links with equivalent stiffness that simulate the mechanical fasteners were employed in SAP2000. The results indicate that CLT increases the lateral flexibility of the building. A closed concrete core was substituted by two half cores to measure the requirement of the maximum lateral deflection. However, the acceleration at the building top still exceeded the limitation prescribed in Chinese Code JGJ 3–2010 owing to the lightweight of CLT and decreased stiffness of the hybrid building. To restrict this top acceleration within the limit, further approaches to increase the stiffness in the weak direction of the building are required. Methods such as the modification of the floor layout, increase in the thickness of walls, and addition of extra damping capacity should be considered and verified in the future.

Multi-axle dynamic steering system of truck-howitzer

摘要: A two-degree-of-freedom (2-DOF) steering model of multi-axle vehicle was established. The steering center position, the relationship between the steering angle and the vehicle velocity, and the minimum turn radius were deduced on the basis of the proportional control with a zero sideslip angle. Results indicate that the system stability is decided by the vehicle barycenter position and the lateral stiffness of a tire. Under this control, the steady value of the lateral acceleration is obviously diminished and the yaw angular velocity changes little under any vehicle velocity. The system rapidly responds, the vehicle smoothly steers, and its handling stability is prominently improved.

Variable identification and automatic tuning of the main module of a servo system of parallel mechanism

摘要: The variables of the main module of a servo system for miniature reconfigurable parallel mechanism were identified and automatically tuned. With the reverse solution module of the translation, the module with the exerted translation joint was obtained, which included the location, velocity and acceleration of the parallelogram carriage-branch. The rigid dynamic reverse model was set as the virtual work principle. To identify the variables of the servo system, the triangle-shaped input signal with variable frequency was adopted to overcome the disadvantages of the pseudo-random number sequence, i.e., making the change of the vibration amplitude of the motor dramatically, easily impact the servo motor and make the velocity loop open and so on. Moreover, all the variables including the rotary inertia of the servo system were identified by the additive mass. The overshoot and rise time were the optimum goals, the limited changing load with the attitude was considered, and the range of the controller variables in the servo system was identified. The results of the experiments prove that the method is accurate.

城市立交桥爆破拆除塌落振动的测量与分析

摘要:

为分析城市立交桥爆破拆除时结构构件塌落造成的地面振动的特征,介绍了某城市典型立交桥的爆破拆除中地面振动的测量方法,并基于观测点实测数据对地面振动的加速度峰值、频率和持时进行了分析。分析结果表明:塌落造成的竖向地振动幅值比水平分量大,但是其随着距离增大迅速衰减,因此在距离塌落处较近的区域应该考虑竖向地振动的影响;桥梁结构多次连续塌落会导致出现地面振动的叠加,采取减隔振措施可以降低加速度峰值,同时也会使得加速度的峰值频率降低、持时增加;爆破和塌落振动并未对保留桥梁结构造成损伤,说明爆破拆除是一种安全、高效的拆除方法。

Kinematic Model Building and Servo Parameter Identification of 3-HSS Parallel Mechanism

Aiming at a parallel mechanism with three degrees of freedom, a method for dynamic model building and the parameter identification of its servosystem is presented. First, the reverse solution models of position, velocity, and acceleration of parallelogram branch structure are deduced, and then, its dynamic model of a rigid body is set up by using the virtual work principle. Based on the above model, a method to identify the servo parameter of the parallel mechanism is put up. In this method, the triangle-shaped input with variable frequency is adopted to offset the disadvantages of pseudorandom number sequence in parameter identification, such as dramatically changing the vibration amplitude of the motor, easily impacting the motor that results in its velocity loop to easily open, and so on. Moreover, the rotary inertia can also be identified by the additive mass. The abovementioned data will lay a solid foundation for the optimum performance of the system in the whole workspace.

Application of python-based Abaqus preprocess and postprocess technique in analysis of gearbox vibration and noise reduction

To reduce vibration and noise, a damping layer and constraint layer are usually pasted on the inner surface of a gearbox thin shell, and their thicknesses are the main parameters in the vibration and noise reduction design. The normal acceleration of the point on the gearbox surface is the main index that can reflect the vibration and noise of that point, and the normal accelerations of different points can reflect the degree of the vibration and noise of the whole structure. The K-S function is adopted to process many points’ normal accelerations as the comprehensive index of the vibration characteristics of the whole structure, and the vibration acceleration level is adopted to measure the degree of the vibration and noise. Secondary development of the Abaqus preprocess and postprocess on the basis of the Python scripting programming automatically modifies the model parameters, submits the job, and restarts the analysis totally, which avoids the tedious work of returning to the Abaqus/CAE for modifying and resubmitting and improves the speed of the preprocess and postprocess and the computational efficiency.

基于硬件加速的移动核心网实时预处理系统 Article

摘要: 随着用作通信终端或平台的移动设备越来越多,电信基础设施安全受到的威胁日益严重。作为一种移动核心网关的旁路设备,网络探测工具可以收集和分析所有经过网关的数据流量,并进行安全检测。但随着核心网链路带宽的不断提高,如何有效降低安全检测系统的处理压力是一项重要挑战。在本文中,我们设计并评估了一个由硬件加速器和多核处理器构成的报文实时预处理系统,能够快速恢复移动核心网链路中每个封装和压缩的数据包,并有效地将还原后的流量分配到多个后端安全检测系统。使用大量真实数据对系统进行测试,结果表明,我们的预处理系统可以处理所有类型的通信协议报文,并实现至少18 Gb/s的处理速率。
