文章研究的服务供应链包含一个服务供应商和一个服务集成商信息共享机制问题。服务供应商提供原始服务产品或活动给服务集成商,而服务集成商依次以附加值集成服务出售给客户。在不确定性市场环境下,客户服务需求量带有价格敏感和随机性的特征。在服务供应商和服务集成商之间,探析服务供应链的不同信息传输方式下信息共享机制问题,评估服务供应链的绩效,其结果强调服务业开展信息共享的必要性。

摘要: 探讨了随着计算机通信网络技术的发展而引起的GIS体系结构和软件 开发模式的变化,认为开放式GIS思想和组件式GIS更适合网络(网格)环境下数据服务和功能的服务分布式 特点;提出GIS将向以网络服务( Web service)和网格服务( Grid service)为主要形式的开放式GIS方向发展,论 述了基于网络服务的地理信息共享与数据互操作的基本架构及其特点,指出Grid service为实现信息资源共享 和协同解决问题提供了新的机遇和技术途径,强调Web service和Grid service的核心都是服务,两者既相互联 系又有区别。

Service-oriented manufacturing: A literature review and future research directions

摘要: This study presents a systematic review of the literature on service-oriented manufacturing (SOM). Specifically, we focus on the impact of SOM on firm operating decisions, which distinguishes this work from previous reviews. This study proposes a classification framework for SOM research based on product flow, from its design to its final disposal. Although SOM has been studied for many years, most related research remains conceptual. Our criterion for choosing papers is that they must be relevant to practical problems. This review aims to provide readers a guide that will facilitate their search for papers in their field of interest. More importantly, we hope that this review can provide insightful managerial implications for SOM.

Towards a self-adaptive service-oriented methodology based on extended SOMA

摘要: We propose a self-adaptive process (SAP) that maintains the software architecture quality using the MAPE-K standard model. The proposed process can be plugged into various software development processes and service-oriented methodologies due to its explicitly defined inputs and outputs. To this aim, the proposed SAP is integrated with the service-oriented modeling and application (SOMA) methodology in a two-layered structure to create a novel methodology, named self-adaptive service-oriented architecture methodology (SASOAM), which provides a semi-automatic self-aware method by the composition of architectural tactics. Moreover, the maintenance activity of SOMA is improved using architectural and adaptive patterns, which results in controlling the software architecture quality. The improvement in the maintainability of SOMA is demonstrated by an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based evaluation method. Furthermore, the proposed method is applied to a case study to represent the feasibility and practicality of SASOAM.

Service life prediction of fly ash concrete using an artificial neural network

摘要: Carbonation is one of the most aggressive phenomena affecting reinforced concrete structures and causing their degradation over time. Once reinforcement is altered by carbonation, the structure will no longer fulfill service requirements. For this purpose, the present work estimates the lifetime of fly ash concrete by developing a carbonation depth prediction model that uses an artificial neural network technique. A collection of 300 data points was made from experimental results available in the published literature. Backpropagation training of a three-layer perceptron was selected for the calculation of weights and biases of the network to reach the desired performance. Six parameters affecting carbonation were used as input neurons: binder content, fly ash substitution rate, water/binder ratio, CO2 concentration, relative humidity, and concrete age. Moreover, experimental validation carried out for the developed model shows that the artificial neural network has strong potential as a feasible tool to accurately predict the carbonation depth of fly ash concrete. Finally, a mathematical formula is proposed that can be used to successfully estimate the service life of fly ash concrete.

Understanding network travel time reliability with on-demand ride service data

摘要: Travel time reliability is of increasing importance for travelers, shippers, and transportation managers because traffic congestion has become worse in major urban areas in recent years. To better evaluate the urban network-wide travel time reliability, five indices based on the emerging on-demand ride service data are proposed: network free flow time rate (NFFTR), network travel time rate (NTTR), network planning time rate (NPTR), network buffer time rate (NBTR), and network buffer time rate index (NBTRI). These indices take into account the probability distribution of the travel time rate (i.e., travel time spent for the unit distance, in min/km) of each origin-destination (OD) pair in the road network. We use real-world data extracted from DiDi-Chuxing, which is the largest on-demand ride service platform in China. For demonstrative purposes, the network-wide travel time reliability of Beijing is analyzed in detail from two dimensions of time and space. The results show that the road network is more unreliable in AM/PM peaks than other time periods, and the most reliable time period is the early morning. Additionally, we can find that the central region is more unreliable than other regions of the city based on the spatial analysis results. The proposed network travel time reliability indices provide insights for the comprehensive evaluation of the road network traffic dynamics and day-to-day travel time variations.

Blockchain application in healthcare service mode based on Health Data Bank

摘要: Blockchain is commonly considered a potential disruptive technology. Moreover, the healthcare industry has experienced rapid growth in the adoption of health information technology, such as electronic health records and electronic medical records. To guarantee data privacy and data security as well as to harness the value of health data, the concept of Health Data Bank (HDB) is proposed. In this study, HDB is defined as an integrated health data service institution, which bears no “ownership” of health data and operates health data under the principal–agent model. This study first comprehensively reviews the main characters of blockchain and identifies the blockchain-based healthcare industry projects and startups in the areas of health insurance, pharmacy, and medical treatment. Then, we analyze the fundamental principles of HDB and point out four challenges faced by HDB’s sustainable development: (1) privacy protection and interoperability of health data; (2) data rights; (3) health data supervision; (4) and willingness to share health data. We also analyze the important benefits of blockchain adoption in HDB. Furthermore, three application scenarios including distributed storage of health data, smart-contract-based healthcare service mode, and consensus-algorithm-based incentive policy are proposed to shed light on HDB-based healthcare service mode. In the end, this study offers insights into potential research directions and challenges.

Bridging reliability and operations management for superior system availability: Challenges and opportunities

摘要: Recently, firms have begun to handle the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of capital goods through a consolidated mechanism called the integrated product-service system. This new paradigm enables firms to deliver high-reliability products while lowering the ownership cost. Hence, holistic optimization models must be proposed for jointly allocating reliability, maintenance, and spare parts inventory across the entire value chain. In the existing literature, these decisions are often made fragmentally, thus resulting in local optimality. This study reviews the extant works pertaining to reliability-redundancy allocation, preventative maintenance, and spare parts logistics models. We discuss the challenges and opportunities of consolidating these decisions under an integrated reliability-maintenance-inventory framework for attaining superior system availability. Specific interest is focused on the new product introduction phase in which firms face a variety of uncertainties, including installed base, usage, reliability, and trade policy. The goal is to call for tackling the integrated reliability-maintenance-inventory allocation model under a nonstationary operating condition. Finally, we place the integrated allocation model in the semiconductor equipment industry and show how the firm deploys reliability initiatives and after-sale support logistics to ensure the fleet uptime for its global customers.

Research on Evaluating the Efficiency of the Project Financing of the Energy Service Company

摘要: The financing efficiency evaluation of the ESCO (Energy Service Company) is an important approach to improve the operation efficiency of existing building energy-saving projects. To scientifically and reasonably evaluate the financing efficiency of the ESCO, this paper puts forward a combination evaluation model based on the method set. Firstly, the method set is composed of different methods that meet the demand of statistical coherence, and KENALL-W coefficient test of concordance is used to check up the coherence of the ranking results of the different methods. Secondly, mean, Borda and Copeland are used separately for calculating the combination evaluation results and the circular combination method is used to ensure the coherence of evaluation results. Finally, the combination evaluation model is used to evaluate the 10 ESCO business project financing benefits, and the effectiveness of the models is verified accordingly.

从资源共享到服务共享:透明计算的机遇与挑战

随着计算机和网络技术以及应用的不断快速发展,计算模式从最初的以主机计算为主,发展到以桌面(PC)计算为主,再发展到现在的以网络计算为主,乃至普适计算。然而,迄今为止的计算模式还是遵循以单机或单机联合为基础的单机思维模式,因此,目前的计算模式还是一种以“资源共享”为主要特征的计算。在网络和普适计算的新时代,用户关心的主要是服务和服务共享,计算机也将从以“资源共享”为特征的计算过渡到以“服务共享”为特征的计算。笔者提出一种适应于“服务共享”的计算模式——透明计算,并对其概念、体系结构及相关关键技术进行介绍。此外,还对透明计算的未来发展及影响进行展望。

摘要: 隐私信息流安全的服务组合部署后,用户隐私需求与成员服务的信誉度等级均可能发生变化,保持隐私信息流安全性是非常重要的演化需求。提出一种保持隐私信息流安全性的服务组合演化方法。分析基于Petri网的隐私数据项依赖关系,计算各成员服务的隐私数据使用集及安全范围,最后提出保持隐私信息流安全性的演化操作集。通过操作实施演化,避免演化后隐私信息流安全性的完整验证过程,提高演化效率。通过实例分析说明该方法的有效性,并对其性能进行实验分析。结果表明,与完整安全性验证过程相比,该方法有较高演化效率,能大大降低演化代价。

Analyzing the service availability of mobile cloud computing systems by fluid-flow approximation

摘要: Mobile cloud computing (MCC) has become a promising technique to deal with computation- or data-intensive tasks. It overcomes the limited processing power, poor storage capacity, and short battery life of mobile devices. Providing continuous and on-demand services, MCC argues that the service must be available for users at anytime and anywhere. However, at present, the service availability of MCC is usually measured by some certain metrics of a real-world system, and the results do not have broad representation since different systems have different load levels, different deployments, and many other random factors. Meanwhile, for large-scale and complex types of services in MCC systems, simulation-based methods (such as Monte-Carlo simulation) may be costly and the traditional state-based methods always suffer from the problem of state-space explosion. In this paper, to overcome these shortcomings, fluid-flow approximation, a breakthrough to avoid state-space explosion, is adopted to analyze the service availability of MCC. Four critical metrics, including response time of service, minimum sensing time of devices, minimum number of nodes chosen, and action throughput, are defined to estimate the availability by solving a group of ordinary differential equations even before the MCC system is fully deployed. Experimental results show that our method costs less time in analyzing the service availability of MCC than the Markov- or simulation-based methods.

Hierarchical modeling of stochastic manufacturing and service systems

摘要: This paper presents a review of methodologies for analyzing stochastic manufacturing and service systems. On the basis of the scale and level of details of operations, we can study stochastic systems using micro-, meso-, and macro-scopic models. Such a classification unifies stochastic modeling theory. For each model type, we highlight the advantages and disadvantages and the applicable situations. Micro-scopic models are based on quasi-birth-and-death process because of the phase-type distributed service times and/or Markov arrival processes. Such models are appropriate for modeling the detailed operations of a manufacturing system with relatively small number of servers (production facilities). By contrast, meso-scopic and macro-scopic models are based on the functional central limit theorem (FCLT) and functional strong law of large numbers (FSLLN), respectively, under heavy-traffic regimes. These high-level models are appropriate for modeling large-scale service systems with many servers, such as call centers or large service networks. This review will help practitioners select the appropriate level of modeling to enhance their understanding of the dynamic behavior of manufacturing or service systems. Enhanced understanding will ensure that optimal policies can be designed to improve system performance. Researchers in operation analytics and optimization of manufacturing and logistics also benefit from such a review.

综合使用飞行小时在飞机构件腐蚀疲劳寿命分析中的应用

飞机使用环境谱中飞行环境谱和停放环境谱的组合就是飞行─停放─飞行环境谱。大多数军用飞机地面停放时间占飞机使用寿命的90%以上。海军飞机所处的高温、高湿、高盐雾腐蚀环境对飞机使用寿命有很大影响。腐蚀疲劳直接影响疲劳裂纹形成寿命。飞机使用寿命必须应用飞机使用环境谱,考虑飞行小时、日历时间和综合使用飞行小时。列举海军某直升机主桨毂轴向铰轴颈裂纹故障,通过波音公司飞机结构疲劳分析方法,在飞行小时、日历时间和综合使用飞行小时方面对其翻修期进行了探讨。
