Research and establishment of enterprise quality metadata standard

摘要： Enabling quality managers to utilize and manage quality data efficiently under modern quality management circumstances is a primary issue for improving enterprise quality management. A concept of quality metadata is proposed in this paper, which can help quality managers gain a deeper understanding of various features of quality data and establish a more stable foundation for further use and management of such data. The procedure of establishing quality metadata standards is emphasized in the paper, and the content structure and description scheme are given. Finally, a summary is made and future work is prospected.

摘要： In the case of single project management standing the major place, the management on the organizational level and project level is separated from each other in large-scale construction enterprises, and it is not long before program management theories applied to construction industry. Under the new situation of construction project clustering, how to choose projects has been the strategic decision for construction enterprises. Therefore, with the theory of program management and strategic management, this paper analyzes the relationship between the strategic growth of large-scale construction enterprises and program contracting, and attempts to provide meaningful ideas for enterprises to choose program from the strategic level.

The Building of Papermaking Enterprise’s Recycling Economy Evaluation Index System Based on Value Flow

摘要： At present, the research on circular economy has made a lot of substantive results both at home and abroad. But for the papermaking enterprise, which is the representative of the light industry, few studies have analyzed the evaluation index system of circular economy. Since the current material flow analyses have limitations that the researchers cannot calculate materials with different units. The authors take advantage of the intrinsic correlation between the basic principle of value flow analysis and circular economy, and then analyze the dynamic changes of material flow and value flow through enterprises internal production process. Considering the resource output, the authors set up the layered structure of the evaluation index system, and then preliminarily determine the index form. Next, the authors use the frequency statistics analysis method to adjust indicators, forming a preliminary index system. After that, the principal component analysis and independent analysis are applied for screening. Finally, the authors build a circular economy evaluation index system for papermaking enterprise to provide scientific guidance for the process of circular economy.

描述了虚拟企业CRM（客户关系管理）系统的特点，分析了虚拟企业CRM的信息流，在此基础上给出了一个分布式的虚拟企业CRM运作系统，其必须由虚拟企业CRM的协调企业统一管理和协调，并构造了虚拟企业CRM系统中的协调企业的功能模块参考结构，提出了实现虚拟企业CRM的技术体系参考模型。

百年留学潮对中国科技事业的影响

摘要：

通过对清末以来130余年中国留学潮历史的回顾，溯觇了前八代留学生的经历和贡献；重点论述了20世纪50年代第九代留学生在中国现代史中的地位和作用；展望了改革开放以来第十代及以后留学生的走向；简要辑录了自辛亥革命至中华人民共和国成立期间在革命斗争中被反动派杀害、为国捐躯的成千上万归国留学生中的数十位代表；概括记述了归国留学生在上至领袖人物，下至各领域、各部门都占据的高比重。革命事业的成功与经济建设的伟大成就证明，历代留学生都起到了不可替代的作用。随着改革开放政策的更加宽松，派送留学生工作将会以更大的规模继续下去，成为中华民族继续前进，实现现代化，为人类的进步做出应有贡献的有力保障。
