Dynamic Coordinated Management Model of Programme in Large-Scale Construction Company

摘要： Large-scale construction companies develop rapidly when facing more and more opportunities and challenges of programme contracting. However, project management technology, not meeting the requirements of firm growth, still stands proud, while relevant programme management methods have not been well studied. Therefore, this paper commences innovative application of coordinated management theory to programme management according to the need of changing the existing management mode in large-scale construction companies, then puts forward the dynamic coordinated management model composed of the dynamic coordination of function module, interface module, support module and evaluation module. Besides, coordination degree was introduced to make auxiliary analysis, so that companies can utilize internal and external resources more effectively to realize the goals of programme management as well as enterprise strategy.

摘要： Constant changes in the construction market have resulted in individual projects being challenged to meet the long-term growth needs of large construction companies. Change should be based on the construction of this new model project group, to achieve better interaction, and to allow for a more rapid enterprise development. This paper is based on the system coupling analysis of large-scale construction enterprises and construction projects. A clear system presents itself and forms the basis of the system construction, institutional change and mechanism of the path between base construction projects and business growth.

摘要： In the case of single project management standing the major place, the management on the organizational level and project level is separated from each other in large-scale construction enterprises, and it is not long before program management theories applied to construction industry. Under the new situation of construction project clustering, how to choose projects has been the strategic decision for construction enterprises. Therefore, with the theory of program management and strategic management, this paper analyzes the relationship between the strategic growth of large-scale construction enterprises and program contracting, and attempts to provide meaningful ideas for enterprises to choose program from the strategic level.

北京城市环境安全及突发重大环境灾害应急救援行动预案研究

琼州海峡铁路隧道方案初步比选分析

摘要：

琼州海峡隧道的修建不仅能满足海峡客货运量和国防的需要，而且建成后将会对海南的经济发展起到巨大的拉动作用。琼州海峡隧道前期工作十分紧迫，研究工作量巨大，技术复杂，难度大，所需的时间较长。在研究琼州海峡的气象、水文、地质条件等的基础上，对桥隧方案及隧道线位方案进行了初步比选分析，认为琼州海峡跨海工程宜隧不宜桥，并且Ⅱ线隧道线位方案较优，在对Ⅱ线线位浅埋隧道和深埋隧道的比较后认为浅埋隧道采用盾构法施工的方案较优。由于公路隧道存在诸多技术难题，以及工程造价和运营成本都很高，因此，把铁路隧道方案作为首选方案是可行的

摘要： Supporting group decision-making in ubiquitous contexts is a complex task that must deal with a large amount of factors to succeed. Here we propose an approach for an intelligent negotiation model to support the group decision-making process specifically designed for ubiquitous contexts. Our approach can be used by researchers that intend to include arguments, complex algorithms, and agents’ modeling in a negotiation model. It uses a social networking logic due to the type of communication employed by the agents and it intends to support the ubiquitous group decision-making process in a similar way to the real process, which simultaneously preserves the amount and quality of intelligence generated in face-to-face meetings. We propose a new look into this problem by considering and defining strategies to deal with important points such as the type of attributes in the multicriterion problems, agents’ reasoning, and intelligent dialogues.
