High-end equipment customer requirement analysis based on opinion extraction

摘要： Acquisition and analysis of customer requirements are the essential steps in high-end equipment design. Considering that Internet and big data technologies are integrated into the manufacturing industry, we propose a method of analyzing customer requirements based on open-source data. First, online data are collected with focused crawlers and preprocessed to filter noise and duplicate. Then, user opinions are extracted based on the defined template, and users’ sentiments are analyzed. Based on the relationship between user sentiments and attribute parameters, the parameter range that satisfies customers can be obtained. The proposed method is evaluated by using an example of new energy vehicle to verify its availability and feasibility.

Limit of axial force ratio and requirement for stirrups of RC columns with special shape

摘要： Thousands of columns with special shape are analyzed by nonlinear numerical methods. The ductility is calculated to investigate the limit of the axial force ratio and circumstantial requirement for stirrups of an reinforced concrete (RC) column with special shape, in the point of view of the characteristic value for providing stirrup. The limit of the axial force ratio of columns with special shape in relation to the characteristic value of the stirrup is obtained. Then, the effect of stirrup arrangement on the ductility of the RC column is discussed in case of buckling of the longitudinal reinforcement and constraint concrete columns. The complete requirement for stirrups of RC column with special shape is given.

摘要：

This study was designed to evaluate the effect of tracheal topical anesthesia using EMLA^? Cream (EC) coated on the endotracheal tube (ETT) with or without epidural anesthesia (EA) on isoflurane requirement during general anesthesia (GA) and investigate whether EC coated on the ETT with EA was associated with the additive effect compared with the effect when each anesthetic was administered independently. The prospective randomized, double-blinded, and controlled study included 60 ASA I–II patients scheduled for upper abdominal surgery requiring GA. Patients were randomly assigned to one of the following groups: group 1 received GA, group 2 received EC+ GA, group 3 received GA+ EA, and group 4 received EC+ GA+ EA. Isoflurane was administered at the required concentrations to maintain the mean arterial pressure at a level not exceeding 20% of preoperative values. The percentage mean expired concentration (%MEC) was used in calculating the isoflurane requirement. Emergence agitation, postoperative sore throat, and hoarseness were recorded. Groups 2, 3, and 4 exhibited a significant reduction on isoflurane requirement compared with group 1 (P<0.05). The isoflurane requirement evaluated by %MEC decreased by 12%, 38%, and 50% in groups 2, 3, and 4, respectively. The incidence of emergence agitation was significantly lower in groups 2 and 4 than those in groups 1 and 3 (P<0.05). Tracheal topical anesthesia using EC coated on ETT with or without EA reduced the isoflurane requirement during GA, indicating that EC combined with EA exhibited an additive effect on the requirement of general anesthetic.

Evaluation of stray current corrosion resistance of concrete in metro construction

摘要： By simulation tests of concrete specimens in saturated Ca(OH) solution and seawater, and based on micro mechanism analysis, this paper evaluates the stray current corrosion resistance of concrete specimens of different mixture ratios, and reaches a conclusion that the capability to resist stray current corrosion of optimally designed concrete mixed with good-quality fly ash and powdered slag is increased by over 5 times more than the reference concrete with the same water to binder ratio, and the service life of such kind of concrete meets the basic requirement of a metro project.

Resilience strategies for sustainable supply chains under budget constraints in the post COVID-19 era

摘要： The COVID-19 outbreak has caused uncertainty risk surges, increased sustainable supply chain vulnerabilities, and challenges to sustainable supply chain resilience (SSCR) management. Therefore, improving SSCR is necessary to alleviate vulnerabilities, and SSCR management must generate large capital investments. However, the economic downturn brought about by the COVID-19 epidemic has made some companies have limited budgets that can be used to improve SSCR. Therefore, the design of resilience solutions needs to fully consider the constraints of budgetary costs. Most of the existing related literature only discusses optimal resilience solutions under certain cost constraints, so such resilience solutions cannot be applied to most enterprises. In this study, we set the cost constraint as a variable quantity, using resilience efficiency and customer satisfaction as indicators, to determine the changing laws of optimal resilience strategies when cost constraints change. These rules can be applied to enterprises with different budgeted costs. Our findings suggest that companies should prioritize sacrificing resilience measures (RMs) related to adaptive capacity when budget costs gradually decline, and RMs related to absorptive capacity are indispensable at all budget levels. Furthermore, the pursuit of environmental and social sustainability cannot be abandoned, no matter how limited the flexible budget may be.

Explicit finite element method for calculation and analysis to the elasto-plastic dynamic response of fluid-saturated porous media

摘要： In order to describe the elasto-plastic dynamic response of fluid-saturated porous media, the incremental elasto-plastic wave propagation equations of fluid-saturated porous media are developed by the fundamental theory of continuum mechanics and appointing to the characteristic of fluid-saturated porous media. Then, the space discretization of these equations is performed to get their Galerkin formula. At last, the time discretization of this formula is carried out with the integral method which consists of central difference method and Newmark constant average acceleration method to get the explicit time integral formula for solving the wave propagation equations of porous media. On the basis of the integral formula mentioned above, the time-domain explicit finite element method is developed for calculation and analysis of the elasto-plastic dynamic response of fluid-saturated porous media. In this method, the decoupling technique is adopted and it does not need to solve simultaneous linear equations in each time step, so the computational effort and memory requirement can be reduced considerably by using this method.

Lightening structure optimization on turbine wheel of vehicular turbocharger

摘要： Based on basic principle of optimization design, structure optimization of turbine is conducted using optimization module of ANSYS and APDL in order to get the minimum turbine weight. Meanwhile, the original blade profile and flow passage are maintained, and the structural strength of the turbine are guaranteed. Considering assembly technique and cast requirement, the structure of the modified turbine is determined which can save 6.91 percent of the material compared with the original one. The modified turbine not only saved material, but also gained better effect of mass distribution between the turbine and the compressor impeller. The result can provide useful reference to engineering application of turbocharger.

Aerodynamic challenges in span length of suspension bridges

摘要： The potential requirement of extreme bridge spans is firstly discussed according to horizontal clearances for navigation and economical construction of deep-water foundation. To ensure the technological feasibility of suspension bridges with longer spans, the static estimation of feasible span length is then made based on current material strength and weight of cables and deck. After the performances of the countermeasures for raising the aerodynamic stability are reviewed, a trial design of a 5 000 m suspension bridge, which is estimated as a reasonable limitation of span length, is finally conducted to respond to the tomorrow s challenge in span length of suspension bridges with the particular aspects, including dynamic stiffness, aerodynamic flutter and aerostatic stability.

Coordinate system applied to magnetic suspension project between Shanghai and Hangzhou

摘要： In order to satisfy the requirement for route location of a magnetic suspension project between Shanghai and Hangzhou, this paper proposes to adopt a new form of geodetic coordinate system, which is defined by meridians and parallel circles but with two coordinate parameters expressed by length. Not only the coordinate systems for route location along the whole line can be unified, but also the precision of lengths and angles obtained from simple formulas are very high and there are not any map projection distortions. This has been proven by calculation.

工程管理信息化规划与实施

摘要：

在工程全生命周期中，工程管理信息化规划与实施过程涉及组织的战略管理和项目管理两个层面，匹配问题是工程管理信息化过程中的核心问题之一。在战略管理层面，首先要充分明晰工程的信息处理需求，进而根据需求确立信息系统规划的目标；在项目管理层面，工程信息处理能力的形成不是工程参与各方能力的简单叠加，而是其能力相互匹配的结果，匹配程度的高低决定了工程的整体信息处理能力的高低。更进一步，工程信息处理能力与工程信息处理需求的匹配程度决定了工程管理信息化水平的高低，同时也会对工程的整体绩效水平产生影响。

论我国饲料工业的标准化工作及其产品的质量管理

摘要：

上个世纪末，我国饲料工业总产量比改革开放前增长了近70倍。1999年全国配合饲料合格率也从20世纪80年代的40%～60%提高到95.7%，这是一个巨大的成就。但目前饲料工业标准化工作则相对滞后。入世以后，我国饲料工业标准化体系将面临着与国际质量管理和质量保证标准的接轨以及与环境管理系列标准的配套问题。为此，在近期内应把握时机，及时作好我国饲料工业标准化工作水平的提高及更新换代。当前应重点抓紧饲料安全性标准的增删与修订。对饲料卫生标准、饲料原料标准、饲料质量监测技术及生物学效价评定等方面的标准必须全国统一；而对饲养标准则应因地制宜分类设置，根据具体情况可以跨省区设一类饲养标准，也可以在一个省或区设多种类型的饲养标准。

当前，饲料市场各个流通环节中的法制建设任务仍然十分艰巨。要坚决杜绝一切有损社会、生态效益的饲料添加剂进入市场；特别要严密监视国外活菌制剂类饲料及一切激素类饲料添加剂非法进入我国市场。要加强保护我国目前尚保留着的大面积净土；要为合法的、科学的饲料添加剂正名。这是争创“中国产绿色产品”品牌，提高我国饲料工业产品市场竞争能力的重要保证。

Behavior of dam concrete under biaxial compression-tension and triaxial compression-compression-tension stresses

摘要： In order to meet the requirement for nonlinear analysis and design of mass concrete structures, the deformation behavior and strength of three-graded concrete specimens 250 mm × 250 mm × 400 mm with a maximum aggregate size of 80 mm and the corresponding wet-screened concrete specimens 150 mm × 150 mm × 300 mm with a maximum aggregate size of 40 mm were studied experimentally. Specimens subjected to biaxial compression-tension (C-T) and triaxial compression-compression-tension (C-C-T) stress states. Test data indicate that both the deformation and strength of the mass concrete specimens are lower than those of the corresponding wet-screened concrete small specimens, but the initial tangent modulus of the stress-strain curve of the former is greater than that of the latter. Test results show that the wet-screened effect and size effect of the specimens under complex stress states are obvious such that these should be considered in the design of mass concrete structures. In addition, respective failure criteria for mass concrete in principal stress space and octahedron stress space are proposed.

Two-level uncapacitated lot-sizing problem considering the financing cost of working capital requirement

摘要： During financial crisis, companies constantly need free cash flows to efficiently react to any uncertainty, thus ensuring solvency. Working capital requirement (WCR) has been recognized as a key factor for releasing tied up cash in companies. However, in literatures related to lot-sizing problem, WCR has only been studied in the single-level supply chain context. In this paper, we initially adopt WCR model for a multi-level case. A two-level (supplier–customer) model is established on the basis of the classic multi-level lot-sizing model integrated with WCR financing cost. To tackle this problem, we propose sequential and centralized approaches to solve the two-level case with a serial chain structure. The ZIO (Zero Inventory Ordering) property is further confirmed valid in both cases. This property allows us to establish a dynamic programming-based algorithm, which solves the problem in O(T ). Finally, numerical tests show differences in optimal plans obtained by both approaches and the influence of varying delays in payment on the WCR of both actors.

Design and Experimental Research on a New Pipe Rupture Valve

摘要：

A new pipe rupture valve for hydraulic elevator is designed. Mathematical models established for the hydraulic elevator system are used in numerical simulations on the Simulink environment of Matlab kits. The effects of different viscous damping diameters, inlet pressures of pipe rupture valve, and elevator loads on the hydraulic elevator system s dynamic performance are analyzed. Experimental research is also carried out using a hydraulic elevator experiment rig. The numerical simulations accord with experimental results in general. Dynamic performance indexes are assessed by the EN81-2 standard. The results show that the newly designed pipe rupture valve meets the designing requirement for hydraulic elevators.

一种基于模糊逻辑的带宽管理方法

摘要：

在网络带宽受限的网络控制系统中，设计了一个基于一维输入输出映射关系的模糊逻辑调节器，对控制系统的带宽进行动态管理。通过调整该模糊逻辑调节器中的非线性偏移因子可以进一步改善系统的控制性能和带宽需求。同时利用线性矩阵不等式及资源受限条件来确定带宽动态分配的上下界来保证系的稳定性。另外，定义了多回路归一化控制质量和归一化带宽需求度性能衡量指标来评价网络控制系统的全局性能。在此评价方法下，提出的模糊带宽管理方法和采用固定带宽分配方法进行仿真比较。结果表明模糊带宽管理方法相对于固定带宽分配方法而言在提高系统控制性能的同时也节省了网络带宽。
