摘要: The wetting deformation of weathered rockfill materials has been attracting growing attention from both engineers and scientists. The importance of realistic predictions of wetting deformations for high earth and rockfill dams is a strong motivation to establish a suitable constitutive model. Recently, the hypoplastic constitutive model by Gudehus and Bauer was extended by introducing solid hardness depending on the state of weathering. The extended model takes into account the influence of the current density, the effective stress state, the rate of deformation, and the time dependent process of degradation of the solid hardness. In the present paper, the performance of this model is evaluated by comparing numerical simulations with experiments obtained from a water sensitive rockfill material. In particular, triaxial compression paths and creep deformation under deviatoric stress states are considered. Finally, the constitutive model proposed is used to study the influence of a degradation of the solid hardness on the long term behavior of a hypothetical fill dam.

Structural design and mechanical responses of closely spaced super-span double tunnels in strongly weathered

摘要: This paper presents a study of closely spaced double tunnels in Taizhou, China. One is Xiabei Mountain No. 2 four-line super-span high-speed railway tunnel (HRT), and the other is Xiabei Mountain double-line large-span subway tunnel (ST). The excavation spans of HRT and ST are 26.3 and 14 m, respectively. The two tunnels are located at different levels, and their separating distance is 17.2 m. Due to the short construction period, the HRT excavation was completed earlier than ST. The structural design of the HRT, taking account of the disturbance by the ST construction, was analyzed by a numerical simulation. It was found that the “yielding principle” design was more feasible than the “resistance principle” design when considering the safety and durability of the HRT secondary lining. The mechanical responses of the HRT during ST construction were comprehensively monitored and analyzed, including the vault settlement, horizontal convergence, surrounding rock pressure, and the internal stress in shotcrete and steel arch. Results show that the longitudinal influence range of the ST construction on the HRT was approximately 0.6–1.1 times the ST outer diameter; the disturbance was mainly generated in the ST upper bench excavation; and the final axial force of the HRT shotcrete was approximately 9–16 times that of the steel arch, which indicated that the shotcrete was the main bearing structure. The safety status of the HRT was assessed based on the monitoring data, and the minimum safety factors of the HRT shotcrete and steel arch were 1.61 and 1.89, respectively. Parametric studies were performed to show how the lining stress of HRT was affected by the relative angle, pillar width, ST excavation method and excavation footage. Finally, the design and construction optimization were proposed according to the monitoring data and parameter analysis results. This study might provide practical reference for similar projects.

Adaptability to geological faulted foundation of Hardfill dam

摘要: Hardfill dam is a new type of dam which has the advantages of low stress level and even stress distribution in a dam body, resulting in low demands to foundations. Based on 2D linear elastic and elasto-plastic calculations of gravity dam and Hardfill dam using finite element method (FEM), the stress distribution in a dam body and anti-sliding stabilization is analyzed on the geological faulted foundations with weak weathered rock and soft interlayers. It is concluded that Hardfill dams have better adaptability to geological faulted foundations than gravity dams and is more secure and economically sound.

硗碛水电站土石坝坝肩强风化岩体处理

摘要:

硗碛水电站宽级配碎石土心墙堆石坝坝高123 m,坝肩两岸千枚岩、砂岩岩体强风化水平深度14.6~66.4 m,由于岩体强风化深度大,按规范开挖工程量巨大,故仅开挖至强风化上部(局部达强风化中部),突破该规范要求。文章详实论述了硗碛水电站坝肩强风化岩体处理方案、灌浆试验成果及工艺要求,论证了采用灌浆加固及防渗处理的可行性,提出了处理措施及施工控制标准。

不同掺量风化砂对宜昌市某公路膨胀土特性的影响研究

摘要:

针对湖北省宜昌市小溪塔至鸦鹊岭一级公路改建工程项目中广泛存在的膨胀土及当地可以充分利用的风化砂展开试验研究,分别针对原状膨胀土和掺入10 %~50 %的风化砂改良膨胀土进行击实试验及膨胀性指标室内试验。通过在原状膨胀土中掺入不同含量的风化砂进行试验,可以发现掺风化砂可以改变膨胀土的含水特性和密实特性;掺不同含量的风化砂对膨胀土的膨胀性指标影响较大,可以显著抑制膨胀土的膨胀性,达到路基填料的标准。

掺砂率及初始干密度对改良膨胀土无荷膨胀率影响研究

摘要:

本文通过室内无荷膨胀率试验,对宜昌市某一级公路改建工程项目路段的膨胀土进行了研究。重点分析了无荷膨胀率与时间、掺砂比例、初始干密度之间的关系,试验研究表明:无荷膨胀变形主要分为快速膨胀、减速膨胀和最终稳定3 个阶段;在初始干密度一定时,风化砂改性土的无荷膨胀率会随着掺砂比例的增大先迅速降低然后缓慢降低,风化砂改性土的无荷膨胀率对较大的掺砂量不敏感;在相同的掺砂比例下,风化砂改性土的无荷膨胀率随着初始干密度的增大会迅速增大,它们之间有很好的线性相关性,膨胀土在进行路基填筑时,控制初始干密度有助于减小其膨胀变形,保证路基填土的稳定性。

厦门翔安海底隧道F1风化深槽注浆加固技术

摘要:

以厦门翔安海底隧道涌水量最大、施工难度最大的海域段F1风化槽为研究对象,根据其围岩地质条件和突涌水特点,采用全断面注浆加固和堵水,注浆加固范围为掌子面内及隧道开挖轮廓线外5 m,隧道纵向加固长度为70 m,注浆材料以超细水泥单液浆为主的注浆加固方案。施工期现场监控量测与数值计算结果表明:F1风化深槽围岩注浆加固效果均较为理想,未发生涌水突泥,达到了设计的技术要求。该项研究成果为今后开展类似工程的注浆加固提供了技术借鉴。

富水全、强风化砂岩强度特性试验及本构关系探讨

摘要:

针对富水全、强风化砂岩的特点,进行了该砂岩的基本物理力学性质、化学成分实验,然后通过单轴、三轴压缩实验研究了爆破扰动、含水量、试样层理对砂岩应力-应变强度特性的影响。发现砂岩遇水软化,粘聚力大幅度降低,表现出显著的各向异性;爆破扰动后,岩石试样的单轴抗压强度减低,弹模减小,泊松比增大;由于砂岩具有明显的节理性,按两种方向加载所得到的岩石试样强度明显不同;根据实验所得应力-应变曲线特点,发现用修正的Duncan-Zhang模型可以很好地描述砂岩的前应力-应变曲线。
