Li4SiO4-coated LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 as the high performance

摘要: The preparation of Li SiO -coated LiNi Mn O materials by sintering the SiO -coated nickel-manganese oxides with lithium salts using abundant and low-cost sodium silicate as the silicon source was reported. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. It was found that a uniform and complete SiO coating layer could be obtained at a suitable pH value of 10, which transformed to a good Li SiO coating layer afterwards. When used as the cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries, the Li SiO -coated LiNi Mn O samples deliver a better electrochemical performance in terms of the discharge capacity, rate capability, and cycling stability than that of the pristine material. It can still deliver 111.1 mAh/g at 20 C after 300 cycles, with a retention ratio of 93.1% of the stable capacity, which is far beyond that of the pristine material (101.3 mAh/g, 85.6%).

Enhanced debromination of 2,2′,4,4′-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47) by zero-valent zinc with ascorbic

摘要: Highly efficient debromination of BDE-47 was achieved in the ZVZ/AA system. BDE-47 debromination by the ZVZ/AA can be applied to a wide range of pH. AA inhibits the formation of (hydr)oxide and accelerates the corrosion of ZVZ. Reduction mechanism of BDE-47 debromination by the ZVZ/AA system was proposed. A new technique of zero-valent zinc coupled with ascorbic acid (ZVZ/AA) was developed and applied to debrominate the 2,2′,4,4′-Tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47), which achieved high conversion and rapid debromination of BDE-47 to less- or non-toxic forms. The reaction conditions were optimized by the addition of 100 mg/L ZVZ particles and 3 mmol/L AA at original solution pH= 4.00 using the solvent of methanol/H2O (v:v= 4:6), which could convert approximately 94% of 5 mg/L BDE-47 into lower-brominated diphenyl ethers within a 90 min at the ZVZ/AA system. The high debromination of BDE-47 was mainly attributed to the effect of AA that inhibits the formation of Zn(II)(hydr)oxide passivation layers and promotes the corrosion of ZVZ, which leads to increase the reactivity of ZVZ. Additionally, ion chromatography and gas chromatography mass spectrometry analyses revealed that bromine ion and lower-debromination diphenyl ethers formed during the reduction of BDE-47. Furthermore, based on the generation of the intermediates products, and its concentration changes over time, it was proposed that the dominant pathway for conversion of BDE-47 was sequential debromination and the final products were diphenyl ethers. These results suggested that the ZVZ/AA system has the potential for highly efficient debromination of BDE-47 from wastewater.

Synthesis, insecticidal activities and DFT study of pyrimidin-4-amine derivatives containing the 1,2,4

摘要: Twenty six novel pyrimidin-4-amine derivatives containing the 1,2,4-oxadiazole motif were synthesized. Their chemical structures were confirmed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR, and high-resolution mass spectrography. The insecticidal activity results indicated that some of them possessed excellent insecticidal activity (100%) against Mythimna separate, especially for compounds 6d, 6f, 6o, 6w, 6y and 6z. These compounds exhibited no activity against the insects Aphis medicagini and Tetranychus cinnabarinus. The structure- insecticidal activity relationships are discussed. Density functional theory analysis can potentially be used to design more active compounds. These results provide useful insecticide design information for further optimization.

摘要: 相应地,四维(4D)打印是一个涉及多个研究领域的制造工艺。4D打印保留了3D打印的一般属性(如减少材料浪费、消除注射模具、冲压模具和机械加工过程),并且随着时间的推移能实现产品第四维度的智能行为。3D和4D打印结构的主要区别是4D打印存在一个附加的维度,这个维度可以随着时间的推移进行智能进化。然而,目前还没有用于建模和预测这个附加维度的一般公式。本文从基本原理开始,导出并验证了一个具有特定格式的一般双指数公式,该公式可以模拟几乎所有4D结构的时间相关性行为(如水、光化学、光热、溶剂、pH、湿度、电化学、电热、超声波等响应)。研究表明,需要利用两种类型的时间常数来捕捉4D多材料的正确的时间相关性行为。本文引入了4D多材料结构中主动材料和被动材料的界面错配压力的概念,从而得到了两个时间常数之一。本文的结果从最基本的概念开始,并以控制方程结束,可以作为未来4D打印领域研究的一般设计原则,其中时间相关性行为应该被正确地理解、建模和预测。

摘要:

增材制造的快速发展和形状记忆聚合物材料的进步推动了四维(4D)打印技术的进展。随着设计方面的不断改进,逐渐证明有可能实现可逆4D打印或双向4D打印。这项技术将完全消除对人为干预的需要,因为编程完全由外部刺激驱动,这使得4D打印部件可以在多个周期内启动。本研究提出了一种新的可逆4D打印驱动方法,其中弹性体的溶胀和热量用于编程阶段,以及热量用于恢复阶段。本研究的主要重点在于自驱动设计这一步骤。采用这种方式理解曲率可以提供对可逆4D打印结构的高度控制。

Recombinant aspartate aminotransferase-catalyzed synthesis of L-4-fluorophenylalanine

摘要: L-4-Fluorophenylalanine (FPhe) was prepared from 4-fluorophenylpyruvate (FPPA) catalyzed by aspartate aminotransferase (Asp-AT) of the recombinant BL21-pET/aspC. After 12 h enzymatic reaction, the FPPA conversion was over 90% and the yield of FPhe could be above 85% under the following optimal conditions: 37°C, pH value range of 5.0–8.0, 5.5 mass ratio of cell to FPPA, 0.6% (w/v) of Tween 80, 7.08 g/L FPPA, and 1.6 of molar ratio of L-Asp to FPPA.

Identifying stakeholders’ roles and relevant project documents for 4D-based collaborative decision making

摘要: To fully understand and effectively implement 4D building information modelling (BIM) models and methods, we need to develop a precise knowledge of which project digital documents should be used and how they influence the decision-making (DM) process. This article studies the convergence between uses of 4D BIM and digital project documents. We hypothesize that a clear visualization of the construction simulation through a 4D model is a useful source of information and a support for DM at collaborative meetings. Through this research, we continue to progress toward a new 4D-based collective decision device, so these elements will contribute to propose 4D BIM as DM support on architecture engineering construction (AEC) projects. Further, the present research will be complemented by results from questionnaires given at a later research stage. The article presents a brief review of BIM context to consider ways of fostering the implementation of all 4D BIM uses (not only visualization). It then introduces a proposition for 4D BIM uses implementation by the project development phase. It concludes by summarizing stakeholders’ roles and documents relevant to 4D BIM uses.

ECRG4: a new potential target in precision medicine

摘要: Given the rapid development in precision medicine, tremendous efforts have been devoted to discovering new biomarkers for disease diagnosis and treatment. Esophageal cancer-related gene-4 ( ), which is initially known as a new candidate tumor suppressor gene, is emerging as a sentinel molecule for gauging tissue homeostasis. ECRG4 is unique in its cytokine-like functional pattern and epigenetically-regulated gene expression pattern. The gene can be released from the cell membrane upon activation and detected in liquid biopsy, thus offering considerable potential in precision medicine. This review provides an updated summary on the biology of ECRG4, with emphasis on its important roles in cancer diagnosis and therapy. The future perspectives of ECRG4 as a potential molecular marker in precision medicine are also discussed in detail.

基于4D CAD的大型桥梁施工进度系统仿真研究

摘要: 将面向对象的复杂工程系统仿真方法与CAD数字建模方法相结合,将桥梁的3D整体模型和施工进度相链接,提出了基于4D CAD的桥梁施工系统仿真思想,使施工过程的动态可视化与直观分析优化后的施工进度成为可能。以Visual C++作为仿真平台,设计编制了桥梁施工4D CAD可视化仿真软件。研究成果在某斜拉桥工程施工组织设计中得到成功应用,验证了基于4D CAD的大型桥梁可视化仿真方法在斜拉桥施工进度分析与优化方面的实用性和优越性。

BRD4 interacts with PML/RARα in acute promyelocytic leukemia

摘要: Bromodomain-containing 4 (BRD4) has been considered as an important requirement for disease maintenance and an attractive therapeutic target for cancer therapy. This protein can be targeted by JQ1, a selective small-molecule inhibitor. However, few studies have investigated whether BRD4 influenced acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), and whether BRD4 had interaction with promyelocytic leukemia-retinoic acid receptor α (PML/RARα) fusion protein to some extent. Results from cell viability assay, cell cycle analysis, and Annexin-V/PI analysis indicated that JQ1 inhibited the growth of NB4 cells, an APL-derived cell line, and induced NB4 cell cycle arrest at G1 and apoptosis. Then, we used co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) assay and immunoblot to demonstrate the endogenous interaction of BRD4 and PML/RARα in NB4 cells. Moreover, downregulation of PML/RARα at the mRNA and protein levels was observed upon JQ1 treatment. Furthermore, results from the RT-qPCR, ChIP-qPCR, and re-ChIP-qPCR assays showed that BRD4 and PML/RARα co-existed on the same regulatory regions of their target genes. Hence, we showed a new discovery of the interaction of BRD4 and PML/RARα, as well as the decline of PML/RARα expression, under JQ1 treatment.
