摘要: Different developed countries have differences in regulations for engineering management systems. The related education modes and their curriculum arrangement in universities in the US, UK, and Germany show their specializations. Through comparative research into engineering management systems and professional education modes between China and these developed countries, the paper proposes suggestions for improving the education of engineering management majors in China, which could speed up development of Chinese engineering general contracting enterprises and engineering project management enterprises.

Development of Engineering Management Education in China

摘要: Engineering management (EM) is a new interdisciplinary field accompanying China’s economic and social development. To have a systemic research of the present situation and future orientation on China’s EM education, this paper compares the connotation of engineering and engineering management based on the gap of their differences at home and abroad, with gained causes between them. Then, this paper analyzes the training system of 35 authenticated universities with the program of engineering management, which had received the certification from the Engineering Management Assessment Committee for Higher Education Institutions under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China by 2014. With a web survey of the present condition of engineering management education at these universities, the paper discusses the disciplinary attribution of engineering management. Through the above research, this paper concludes with three suggestions for the long-term development of engineering management education in China.

摘要: Since China's drive in 1978 to implement national reforms and open it up to the outside world,its higher education sectorhas made rapid progressin the field of engineering and has been able to achieverapid expansion of scale,Positive change in educational structure,more education investment, improved teaching quality, Educational reform and international cooperation. While praising the achievements,we need toacknowledgethat there are also some problems in China's engineering education, asimbalancebetweensupplyanddemand,homogeneity of goals and patterns, Lack of practice,curriculum system not aligned with the characteristics of engineering,insufficient importance attached to innovation and entrepreneurial education, Poor competence mix.In light of China's process of modernization and the Outline, we forecast that:competition between universities will intensify and the supply-demand imbalance will be alleviated, differentiation depends on the reform of engineer system and administrative university classification,quality of engineering education will be improved with a complete quality assurance system,industrial transformation will be conducive to joint talent development by universities and businesses,instructors will be the mainstay of educational reform,quality of students should be improved in many different ways. As China's modernization accelerates, the quality of its engineering education is getting better and better. We expect to work closely with foreign colleagues to improve the quality to turn out engineering talents meeting the demand of national development.

医学教育承担着为医药卫生事业输送人才的重任,为了满足“健康中国”的战略发展需求,缓解医学人才稀缺的现状,提升高等医学教育人才输出的质量,亟需根据医学高等教育的特殊性和规律性建立一套完整的、科学的、行之有效的教学质量保障体系,用以保障医学教育改革与发展,逐步提升人才培养质量。本文从高等医学教育质量保障体系内涵出发,重点分析了目前我国高等医学教育质量保障体系存在的主要问题,并提出针对性对策及建议,为进一步探索和构建适合我国医学教育现状的多层次、科学、合理教育质量保障体系提供参考和依据。

基于 5G技术的教育信息化应用研究

摘要:

教育信息化日益普及,智慧学习空间不断出现,学生对学习内容的个性化、便捷化、多样化需求也日益凸显,而第五代移动通信( 5G)技术以其大带宽、超高可靠、超低时延、大规模物联等特征,将成为教育网络甚至教育现代化建设的使能技术。本文重点探索 5G技术的教育信息化应用,在梳理教育信息化主要特征的基础上,分析了我国教育网络面临的技术挑战,从教学、教研、教育管理三方面着手,论证提出相应的 5G应用场景,形成 5G教育信息化总体视图。面向 2035年, 5G的技术普及与应用拓展,将不断丰富教育场景的内涵,推动教育场景的变革,成为我国教育信息化创新的原生动力。

摘要:

我国医药卫生体制改革取得重大进展,但在全民健康教育、卫生人才培养及卫生法律体系建设等方面仍存在巨大挑战。本文总结国内外已有经验,分析我国全民健康和医药卫生教育及法规体系现状和面临的挑战,提出了完善全民健康和医药卫生教育及法规体系的政策建议:构建全民健康教育体系,加强全民健康教育的强制性;根据社会需求培养适宜卫生人才,加强全科医生培养,提高基层医疗卫生服务水平和可及性;尽快推动医药卫生“母法”的出台,并对现行医药卫生相关的法律、规章和规范性文件进行梳理和修订。

Effectiveness of preventive medicine education and its determinants among medical students in Malaysia

Preventive medicine has been incorporated in the medical school curriculum, but its effectiveness and the factors that affect it are yet to be widely looked into in the context of Malaysia. We aimed to measure the familiarity with, perception about the importance to learn, and the ability to practice preventive medicine as well as its determinants among the medical students in Malaysia. Thus, a cross sectional study was conducted through an anonymous online survey among 387 randomly selected final year medical students of four large public medical schools in Malaysia from March to September 2014. Of the total sample, only 340 (response rate 87.8%) gave a written informed consent and took part in the survey. The familiarity of the sample with preventive medicine was measured in 19 preventive medicine areas, and their perception about the importance of preventive medicine and their ability to practice it were gauged on a Likert scale (low score indicates disagreement and high indicates agreement). Descriptive statistical analysis was performed, followed by logistic regression. The mean age of the respondents was 23.7 (SD 0.77) years, and 61.2% (n = 208) of them were females. Results showed that 22.9% of the sample (n= 78) had a low familiarity with preventive medicine, whereas 76.8% (n = 261) had a high familiarity. The study sample specified that among all the preventive medicine subjects, screening and control as well as smoking cessation and immunization are “extremely important to learn.” In univariable analysis, being a female, medical school, family size, and perception about the importance to learn preventive medicine were associated with the ability to practice it. In multivariable analysis, the perception towards the importance to learn preventive medicine was the only significant determinant: aOR (adjusted odds ratio) for those who “agreed” 17.28 (95% CI aOR 4.44 – 67.26, P<0.001) and for “strongly agreed” 35.87 (95% CI aOR 8.04 – 159.87, P<0.001). Considering these findings, the familiarity of medical students with preventive medicine should be increased. The perception about the importance to learn preventive medicine is a strong determinant for the ability to practice it.

Toward deep impacts of BIM on education

摘要: Building information models (BIM) provide a way to represent buildings and communicate about them. In teaching engineering, we also need representations of buildings and are communicating knowledge about them. While teaching engineering we refer to the very same real-world objects that have an explicit conceptualization in BIM. This explicit conceptualization did not exist in the age when design communication relied on drawings and documents. The question that this paper asks is this: due to BIM, communication in the industry has changed. Should communication of engineering knowledge – teaching – change as well and how? While much has been written about teaching BIM and incorporating BIM into the curricula, this paper is exploring the general impact of BIM on engineering education. It grounds earlier work (Turk, 2018) on insights from pedagogy. Five scenarios of the interplay between BIM-influenced engineering communication and teaching are presented. The paper argues that ignoring BIM may create a cognitive dissonance between academic learning and industrial work. We are finding that the impact of BIM is twofold: vertically there is a need to establish a reference between knowledge concepts (in teaching building) and information objects (in building information models). Horizontally BIM is an integration technology that allows for a more holistic design and planning. Both the language of individual courses as well as cross references and synergies among courses should change. A “T” style structure of the courses around BIM is proposed as a basis for integrated curriculum. Pedagogical approaches based on deep learning, model based learning and project based learning are suggested.

我国医药卫生人才培养战略研究

摘要:

本文在基于数据与证据综合分析医药卫生人才培养总体现状的基础上,充分借鉴国际经验并考虑我国国情,以建立人才培养供需平衡机制和提高人才培养质量为重点内容开展研究。研究提出如下政策建议:一是继续提升战略定位,在国家层面建立宏观管理协调机制;二是科学规划招生、改革课程体系,分阶段逐步实现医学教育精英化和均质化;三是逐步取消临床医学硕士和博士招生统考制度和学位论文制度,将规培与学位并轨,并推进医生由单位人过渡为行业人;四是加快人事薪酬制度和评价制度改革试点与实施;五是构建以大健康为中心的公共卫生人才培养体系;六是积极推动以“师承教育+学位教育”为特色的中医药人才培养体系;七是建立国家健康研究基金。

流产后避孕咨询与教育对人工流产后妇女避孕行为的影响初探

探讨对人工流产术后女性加强流产后避孕咨询与教育对其避孕行为的影响。选择2011年8月1 日—2011 年9 月30 日在四川大学华西第二医院妇产科门诊自愿行人工流产术的女性200 人,进行术后常规处理(常规处理组)。选择2011 年10 月25 日—2012 年4 月10 日在四川大学华西第二医院妇产科门诊自愿行人工流产术的女性200 人,流产后常规处理并加强避孕咨询与教育(加强干预组),两组均于术后1 个月、3 个月、6 个月进行随访调查。常规处理组和加强干预组半年后随访率分别为46 %,71.5 %(P<0.01)。常规处理组和加强干预组流产后4 周内性生活的恢复率分别为10.8 %,3.5 %(P<0.05);半年内加强干预组避孕行为的正确率高于常规处理组(P<0.01),而且其避孕套、复方口服避孕药(COC)和节育环等现代避孕措施的使用率高于常规处理组(P<0.01),安全期和体外排精等传统避孕方法使用率低于常规处理组(P<0.01);常规处理组和加强干预组非意愿妊娠率分别为7.0 %,1.5 %(P>0.05)。研究表明,及时通过加强流产后避孕咨询与教育,能提高人工流产后女性的避孕意识,增加避孕知识,提高正确避孕措施的使用率,更好地促进了女性的生殖健康。

我国医疗卫生人才供需平衡策略研究

人才培养规模、结构和质量供需失衡是我国医疗卫生人才培养面临的关键问题之一。我国医疗卫生人才供需存在人才供应数量不能满足日益增长的健康需求、人才培养质量参差不齐、人才供应结构与社会需求不匹配等问题。本文通过对美国、英国的医学教育形式和内容进行研究和探讨,得出我国保持医学教育培养数量供需平衡,提高培养效率等方面的启示。建议逐步建立以毕业后教育岗位决定院校教育的人才供需平衡机制;建立医疗卫生人才需求动态监测与预警机制;医学人才培养需要跨部门开展宏观统筹与调控;采用医学院“严进严出”和医生准入的高门槛等质量要求限制培养数量。

TRANSFORMATION OF AGRICULTURE ON THE LOESS PLATEAU OF CHINA TOWARD GREEN DEVELOPMENT

摘要:

Loess Plateau of China is a typical dryland agricultural area. Agriculture there has transformed from food shortage toward green development over the past seven decades, and has achieved world-renowned achievements. During 1950–1980, the population increased from 42 to 77 million, increasing grain production to meet food demand of rapid population growth was the greatest challenge. Engineering measures such as terracing and check-dam were the crucial strategies to increase crop production. From 1981 to 2000, most of agronomic measures played a key role in increasing crops yield, and a series of policy support has benefited millions of smallholders. As expected, these measures and policies greatly increased crop production and basically achieved food security; but, low per capita GDP (only about 620 USD in 2000) was still a big challenge. During 2001–2015, the increase in agricultural and non-agricultural income together supported the increase in farmer income to 5781 USD·yr–1. Intensive agriculture that relies heavily on chemicals increased crop productivity by 56%. Steadfast policy support such as “Grain for Green Program” had an overwhelming advantage in protecting the natural ecological environment. In the new era, the integration of science and technology innovations, policy support and positive societal factors will be the golden key to further improve food production, protect environment, and increase smallholder income.
