The submission should have highly original creativity, which highlight the author's innovation and achievements with important academic or application value. We also welcome the submission of review papers by experts in this field to summarize their work progress in recent years.
Note: The submission can be either unpublished original results or a comprehensive review of a series of innovative results that they already have.
The purpose of this Forum is to strengthen academic exchanges. Papers submitted to this conference can still be submitted to other conferences or journals, and there is no conflict with the submission of this conference (there is no copyright transfer issue for this Forum).

The submitted essay must have not been published or diffused in any national or international publication or conference. After the audit of editorial committee and with the approval of the author, the excellent essay will be recommended to publish in the journals of Engineering or Frontiers of Medicine.
