Abstract

A novel method for quick measuring moisture of garnierite by means of microwave sensor was investigated, and the effects of the different moisture content on the measuring results were analyzed and discussed in detail. Finally, experimental equipment, properties and application notes are presented, and the moisture measuring by microwave sensor during pyrometallurigical processing of garnierite for nickel products is also described.
