Abstract
After1980s, China's private education has displayed strong development tendency. Private Universities have undertaken certain responsibility and obligation in the process of the higher education entering into popular stage. But meanwhile there are also some pressing issues in its internal management and school behavior. In the process of their development, private universities need to refine and standardize the internal management, as well as improve management from the height of strategy.
