On the cover

Since entering the new century, China Railway has made remarkable achievements. The technological innovation achievements represented by high-speed railway, plateau railway and heavy-duty railway, indicate that China's railway technology level has taken the lead in the world. China Railway has a complete set of engineering technology and perfect technical standard system adapted to different environmental conditions. It has the advantages of integrating the whole industrial chain from planning consultation, investment and financing, design and construction, equipment manufacturing, operation and maintenance to education and training, laying a good foundation for promoting the "Go Global". China Railway "Go Global" has established five strategies of "consulting first, cooperation alliance, technological innovation, local operation, China Railway brand". From the top-level design, overseas consulting, financial support, risk prevention and control, international influence and talent construction, the paper puts forward policy measures and suggestions to promote the China Railway "Go Global" (The cover picture is China High-Speed Railway).
