The industrialization problems of electric vehicles in China

The characteristics and development situation of electric vehicles are briefly introduced. Large specific weight and high specific price electric are characteristics of electric vehicles, and cost, life and weight are the key points to the development of electric vehicles. Some unreasonable phenomea in electric car industry were pointed out. It is proposed that developing small and efficient electric vehicles is the strategic choice of China’s automobile industry. Finally, the line of electric vehicles development is given: market guiding, supporting small and helping large, taking low-end as cut point, and diverse development.

Research and industrialization of near-net rolling technology used in shaft parts

Shaft part rolling is an efficient and green near-net shaping technology offering many advantages, including high production efficiency, high material utilization rate, high product quality, and excellent production environment. In this paper, the features of shaft part rolling are introduced along with the working principles of two main shaft part rolling technologies, namely, cross wedge rolling (CWR) and skew rolling (SR). In relation to this technology, some R&D achievements gained by the University of Science and Technology Beijing are summarized. Finally, the latest developments in shaft part rolling are presented, including SR steel balls, precise forming of camshaft blank by CWR, SR phosphorous copper balls at room temperature, and CWR hollow axle sleeve. Although the shaft part rolling technology has been widely used in China, it only accounts for about 15% of applicable parts at present. Nevertheless, this technology has broad application prospects.

The research and development status of the avanced technologies such as soft reduction, hydraulic-driven non-sinusoidal oscillation, and electromagnetic continuous casting is introduced. The progress direction of high-efficiency and high quality of conventional continuous casting is discussed, and the development trend of near-net-shape continuous casting and electromagnetic continuous casing is given.

The hydrogen energy serves as the best energy source for future aircraft owing to its efficiency, cleanness, and sustainability. In the context of widespread attention paid to aviation carbon reduction and the trend of low-carbon development of the aviation transportation industry, it is of great value to promote the development and application of hydrogen-powered aircraft. This study analyzes the development background of hydrogen-powered aircraft considering the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals for the aviation industry, and reviews the cutting-edge planning of hydrogen-powered aircraft in other countries as well as the latest progress in overall research and flight testing of hydrogen-powered aircraft in China. A detailed analysis is conducted on the key technology system for the development and application of hydrogen-powered aircraft, covering the overall design, liquid hydrogen storage tanks, hydrogen fuel cells, hydrogen-fueled turbine engines, hydrogen-fueled aviation internal combustion engines, safety and airworthiness technologies, and hydrogen refueling infrastructure. Focusing on the industrial application needs of future hydrogen powered aircraft, corresponding total cost of ownership (TCO) models are constructed for commuting/short-range hydrogen-powered aircraft. The calculation results indicate that the TCO of commuting/short-range hydrogen-powered aircraft will be on par with that of pure electric aircraft and fuel-powered aircraft around 2045. Further suggestions are proposed, including adhering to the synchronous development of multiple technological routes, prioritizing the development of power systems,conducting scientific and orderly research and development, and promoting the construction of airworthiness standards systems, thus to provide a basic reference for research on aviation technology innovation and high-quality development of the aviation transportation industry.

The superiorities of peanut industry in China is clear in terms of planting distribution, economic efficiency and market potential.But the problems still exist in many ways such as policy-support,scientific and techonological support, specialized production,safety of food and the turning of peanut into many kind of products.The measures can be taken to promote the peanut industry in China including enhancing the support of policy,working out the plan of production,improving the scientific research, developing the specialized growth,guaranteeing the production of safe food, combining the production nicely with supply and market,and giving priority to the intensive processing of peanut.

In this paper, the development tendency of Chinese traditional food industry was analyzed. The main problems existed in modernization of Chinese traditional food industry were pointed out. Green development is a concept and development direction that must be established by China in the process of development confronting more and more stringent resource constraints, severe environmental pollution and ecosystem degradation. By analyzing the achievements of China’s industrial development in recent years and the challenges being faced to, this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for the green development of the industry in China such as promoting the combination of source reduction and end-of-pipe treatment, constantly intensifying the application of information technologies in the industrial process, vigorously developing the circular economy and the strategic emerging industries, and accelerating the development of the productive service industry.

This research demonstrates the current situation of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in China, and analyzes the problems faced by the energy conservation and environmental protection industry in the developing process, key areas in future development, and direction of technical development. It proposes the target, key supporting projects, and suggestions to energy conservation and environmental protection industry development in 13th Five-Year Plan period in China.
