Strategic Study of CAE 2014, Volume 16, Issue 5,   Pages 96-98

Abstract:

To analysis the results of cervical cancer screening for rural women in Hetian District, describe their epidemical characteristics in order to suggest measures for promoting women health. The research provided epidemical instigation of cervical cancer and clinic service for local women by cluster sampling. The prevalence rate of gynaecologicaldisease is 49.62 %,most of all is cervicitis and vaginitis. The prevalence rate of cervical cancer and precancerosis is 0.09 %,early diagnosis rate is 86.05 %. Women health situation is poor with low self-care consciousness, and the screening capability of local hospital need to increase.

Frontiers of Medicine 2007, Volume 1, Issue 2,   Pages 230-233 doi: 10.1007/s11684-007-0045-z

Abstract: The relationship between the tenth exon C825T of G-protein β3 subunit (GNB) genetic polymorphism and hypertension in the Uygur population of China was investigated. A nested case-control study ( = 738) was carried out. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique was used to genotype GNB C825T polymorphism in 354 hypertensive (HT) and 384 normotensive (NT) Uygur subjects. The distributions of GNB C825T genotypes were CC (27.2%), TT (42.9%), and CT (29.9%) in the hypertensive subjects and CC (27.7%), TT (42.4%), CT (29.9%) in the normotensive subjects. There were no significant differences in the genotype distributions between the two groups ( = 0.0262 P = 0.99). The T allele was 51.4% in hypertensive subjects and 51.2% in normotensive subjects, which, between the two groups, was not a significant difference ( = 0.0016 P = 0.97). Further analysis shows that there is no association between C825T genotypes and age, body mass index (BMI), Glucose (GLU), Triglyceride (TG), Cholesterol (CHO), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP). No evidence was found to suggest an association between GNB C825T polymorphism and hypertension in the Uygur population of China.

controller with two nonlinear fuzzy sets for each input variable Project supported by the Xinjiang Article

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2016, Volume 17, Issue 6,   Pages 587-602 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1601019

Abstract: Type-2 fuzzy controllers have been mostly viewed as black-box function generators. Revealing the analytical structure of any type-2 fuzzy controller is important as it will deepen our understanding of how and why a type-2 fuzzy controller functions and lay a foundation for more rigorous system analysis and design. In this study, we derive and analyze the analytical structure of an interval type-2 fuzzy controller that uses the following identical elements: two nonlinear interval type-2 input fuzzy sets for each variable, four interval type-2 singleton output fuzzy sets, a Zadeh AND operator, and the Karnik-Mendel type reducer. Through dividing the input space of the interval type-2 fuzzy controller into 15 partitions, the input-output relationship for each local region is derived. Our derivation shows explicitly that the controller is approximately equivalent to a nonlinear proportional integral or proportional differential controller with variable gains. Furthermore, by comparing with the analytical structure of its type-1 counterpart, potential advantages of the interval type-2 fuzzy controller are analyzed. Finally, the reliability of the analysis results and the effectiveness of the interval type-2 fuzzy controller are verified by a simulation and an experiment.
