Zhao Wenjin

Strategic Study of CAE 2004, Volume 6, Issue 2,   Pages 17-27

Abstract:

The paper reviews the eastward strategic shift of China's oil exploration in 1950s and the discovery of Daging Oilfield. The joint efforts by the former Ministry of Petroleum, the former Ministry of Geology and the Chinese Academy of Science are described. Also described are the contributions by Mr. Li Siguang in giving advice to the Central Government for decision - making, the former Ministry of Geology in providing geophysical and geological data, and the former Ministry of petroleum in conducting comprehensive research and organizing and accomplishing such work as deep - well drilling, coring, formation test evaluation, etc. The paper sums up the basic experience in oil exploration in 1950s aiming at to provide references for geological prospecting of minerals in the new century.

Persistent Integration and Innovation Management Mode and Its Applications in Petroleum Production Engineering

He Liu

Frontiers of Engineering Management 2015, Volume 2, Issue 4,   Pages 339-343 doi: 10.15302/J-FEM-2015055

Abstract: This paper proposes a new management mode named the persistent integration and innovation management mode to satisfy the requirements by the fast development at oilfields. Taking engineering philosophy as the guidance and technical innovations in petroleum production engineering as the breaking point, the management mode combines long term production practice at oilfields with modern management methods. The management mode integrates intellectuals, techniques, capital, and information and so on to accomplish global optimization of resource configuration. Sets of new techniques, new methods, new technologies and new equipment in petroleum production engineering have been proposed under the guidance of the management mode, achieving great social and economic benefits.

Strategic Study of CAE 2012, Volume 14, Issue 4,   Pages 74-76

Abstract:

The artificial fracture position and the well row direction influence the exploitation effect of low permeability reservoir. In the process of creating artificial fractures, we apply microseismic to monitor their direction, location, orientation, length and height, and determine the well alignment direction combined with the stress orientation, all of which establish well foundation for improving the development effect of A block.

Study on explanation standard of oil’s gas and water layers of A block in Daqing Oilfield

Xu Tong

Strategic Study of CAE 2012, Volume 14, Issue 4,   Pages 83-87

Abstract:

By using testing, coring and logging data of part exploratory well, evaluation well and development well in A block, we analyzed and counted the relation of “four characters ”, that is lithology, physical character, oil-bearing and resistivity , and established the explanation standard of oil, gas and water layers. Mainly using data of rotatory sidewall coring and drilling well coring, we analyzed and counted reservoir lithology characters and physical properties; by using coring wells and testing oil wells, we analyzed and counted the growth condition of oil and water layers. By using data of charts method, we got the correlation of lithology, physical character and oil-bearing. Oil, gas and water layers were corresponding to different logging curve values and the curve with the highest coincidence rate was chosen as final explanation standard to direct the block perforation program.

Anti-erosion elastic coating design based on synchronous fluctuation principle

Guo Yuanjun,Xiao Hualin,Xu Daqing,Li Wenbin

Strategic Study of CAE 2008, Volume 10, Issue 9,   Pages 60-63

Abstract:

Based on the corresponding relation of characteristic parameters between the perturbation wave of boundary layer and the surface erosion corrugation wave of fluid-pass section, the anti-erosion design idea is proposed, which can realize the synchronistic fluctuate of elastic coating channel border with the perturbation of boundary layer, and change the passive state that channel border bears particle's impacting into that the channel border collision contacts with particles on its own initiative. The condition of realized synchronous fluctuation of elastic coating channel border with the perturbation of boundary layer is analyzed. On the basis of analysis result, the method of determining the material parameters of elastic coating is proposed.

Tocilizumab in patients with moderate or severe COVID-19: a randomized, controlled, open-label, multicenter trial

Yang, Tianjun Yang, Liangye Sun, Wei Li, Wei Shi, Xin Yao, Yan Ma, Fei Xu, Xiaojing Wang, Jun Chen, Daqing

Frontiers of Medicine 2021, Volume 15, Issue 3,   Pages 486-494 doi: 10.1007/s11684-020-0824-3

Abstract: Tocilizumab has been reported to attenuate the “cytokine storm” in COVID-19 patients. We attempted to verify the effectiveness and safety of tocilizumab therapy in COVID-19 and identify patients most likely to benefit from this treatment. We conducted a randomized, controlled, open-label multicenter trial among COVID-19 patients. The patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either tocilizumab in addition to standard care or standard care alone. The cure rate, changes of oxygen saturation and interference, and inflammation biomarkers were observed. Thirty-three patients were randomized to the tocilizumab group, and 32 patients to the control group. The cure rate in the tocilizumab group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (94.12% vs. 87.10%, rate difference 95% CI −7.19%–21.23%, = 0.4133). The improvement in hypoxia for the tocilizumab group was higher from day 4 onward and statistically significant from day 12 ( = 0.0359). In moderate disease patients with bilateral pulmonary lesions, the hypoxia ameliorated earlier after tocilizumab treatment, and less patients (1/12, 8.33%) needed an increase of inhaled oxygen concentration compared with the controls (4/6, 66.67%; rate difference 95% CI −99.17% to −17.50%, = 0.0217). No severe adverse events occurred. More mild temporary adverse events were recorded in tocilizumab recipients (20/34, 58.82%) than the controls (4/31, 12.90%). Tocilizumab can improve hypoxia without unacceptable side effect profile and significant influences on the time virus load becomes negative. For patients with bilateral pulmonary lesions and elevated IL-6 levels, tocilizumab could be recommended to improve outcome.

A Development Opportunity and Strategic Thinking for the Comprehensive Healthcare Industry of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Junhua,Chen Shilin,Duan Jin’ao,Huang Luqi,Sun Xiaobo,Tu Pengfei,Ye Zuguang,Qu Haibin,Wei Jianhe,Zhao Daqing

Strategic Study of CAE 2017, Volume 19, Issue 2,   Pages 16-20 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2017.02.003

Abstract:

With China's economic and social developments, the demand for healthcare services has been increasing rapidly. Traditional Chinese medicine is a unique healthcare resource and an economic resource with great potential in China. The services provided by traditional Chinese medicine include health preservation, healthcare, medical treatment, rehabilitation, and so forth, while the core of traditional medicine is the supply of healthcare services based on traditional Chinese medicinal products. The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine will promote the quiet formation of a comprehensive healthcare industry based on traditional Chinese medicine. A comprehensive healthcare industry based on traditional Chinese medicine involves the cultivation, R&D, production, circulation, and sales of traditional Chinese medical products, which are part of a long industry chain that crosses both sectors and regions. A comprehensive healthcare industry that is based on traditional Chinese medicine has strong advantages that include the adjustment of industrial structures, the ability to increase farmer income and employment, service toward healthcare reform, benefits toward people’s livelihood, and ecological protection. This paper expounds the development situation of the comprehensive healthcare industry based on traditional Chinese medicine, analyzes existing problems and shortcomings, and proposes a strategic center, two strategic priorities, four developing directions, and six key initiatives.
