Strategic Study of CAE 2009, Volume 11, Issue 6, Pages 132-137
The focal point of this paper is to use the principle and method of systems sciences to prove that the standpoint of the mainstream earthquake scientists is unscientific and unreasonable, namely, the earthquake can't be forecasted essentially, and to prove the opposed standpoint is scientific and reasonable, namely, roughly estimate the range of time and location of the strong shock to a certain degree, and lead masses to know beforehand. To have limited space, this paper further proves the conclusion with only 2 examples only.

Strategic Study of CAE 2012, Volume 14, Issue 6, Pages 64-68
The tight sand gas is becoming one of the most important domains in unconventional natural gas exploration & development in the world. Especially the large-scale exploration and utilization of American tight sandstone gas promotes the exploration & development in other countries.Based on a brief overview of global tight sandstone gas exploration & development, the paper carries out a systematic study on the exploration history, the exploration effect as well as the development tendency and proposals of China's tight sandstone gas. The result shows that the development process of China's tight gas development can be divided into three stages and is entering the fast-developing stage recently. In recent years, several large tight sandstone gas reservoirs are discovered in upper Palaeozoic of Ordos Basin, Xujiahe Formation of Sichuan Basin and deep formations of Kuqa, Tarim Basin. The reserve and production of tight sand gas have both experienced rapid growth. The production accounts for 1/5 of China's total nature gas production in 2011, and it is predicted to reach 1/3 in 2020, and at that time the tight sandstone gas would become the key role in natural gas industry.

With improvement of the living standards, the domestic consumption and production of livestock products such as meat, poultry, eggs, and milk keep increasing, and thus the domestic demand for forage is raised. Based on the analysis of changes in the supply and demand of forage materials in China and the changes in the future demand for domestic livestock and poultry products, the future demand of forage materials is forecasted. The research results show that the gap of supply and demand of forage materials in China will continue expanding in the future, and for the safety of domestic forage supply, cultivation of silage corns should be appropriately expanded and the grass industry in agricultural areas should be developed. Additionally, agricultural resources should be fully and rationally utilized, and the cultivation of crops such as soybeans and rapeseeds should be appropriately expanded to improve the effective supply of domestic meals. Meanwhile, China should make full and reasonable use of overseas agricultural resources to ensure the safe supply of domestic forage materials.

Improved R /S Method and Analysis and Forecast to China Fire Data
Fu Yuhua,Fu Anjie
Strategic Study of CAE 2004, Volume 6, Issue 5, Pages 39-44
This paper discusses some improvements for the R/S analysis method (rescaled range analysis) in engineering and economics and their application. For the analysis of total fire number in China, two new data grouping methods for calculating the Hurst exponent H are presented. The difference of Hurst exponent AH is introduced to judge the possibility whether or not the next year's fire number will be increased suddenly. For the R/S analysis of the calculated Hurst exponents, a new group of Hurst exponent H1,i. e. , Hurst exponent of Hurst exponent, and related △H1, can be reached, the rest high order Hurst exponent and related difference H2, △H2, H3, △H3 and the like may be deduced by analogy. According to the fire numbers from 1950〜1999, the fire number of year 2000 is forecasted with R/S method.
