Frontiers of Medicine 2017, Volume 11, Issue 2,   Pages 178-190 doi: 10.1007/s11684-017-0507-x

Abstract:

Zebrafish is an emerging animal model for studies on auditory system.better utilize this animal model, methodologies need to be used to quantify the hearing function of the zebrafishZebrafish displays a series of innate and robust behavior related to its auditory function. Here, we reviewed the advantage of using zebrafish in auditory research and then introduced three behavioralFinally, we revealed the feasibility of these applications in zebrafish behavioral assessment and their

Novel lysosome-targeted anticancer fluorescent agents used in zebrafish and nude mouse tumour imaging

Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering 2022, Volume 16, Issue 1,   Pages 112-120 doi: 10.1007/s11705-021-2075-5

Abstract: The design of three novel fatty nitrogen mustard-based anticancer agents with fluorophores incorporated into the alkene structure (CXL 118, CXL121, and CXL122) is described in this report. The results indicated that these compounds are selectively located in lysosomes and exhibit effective antitumour activity. Notably, these compounds can directly serve as both reporting and imaging agents in vitro and in vivo without the need to add other fluorescent tagging agents.

Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering 2012, Volume 6, Issue 3,   Pages 360-372 doi: 10.1007/s11783-011-0353-z

Abstract: benzopyran (HHCB) as one of the most widely applied artificial musks and cadmium (Cd) as an toxic metal on zebrafish( ) were investigated by the exposure of zebrafish to various concentrations of HHCB or/and Cd in feculentsuperoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were sensitive and induced in the zebrafish

Panpan Zhang, Feng Liu

Frontiers of Medicine 2011, Volume 5, Issue 3,   Pages 239-247 doi: 10.1007/s11684-011-0123-0

Abstract: The zebrafish is an excellent model for imaging of hematopoiesis due to its transparent embryo at earlystage; moreover, different zebrafish hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) transgenic lines have been demonstratedwe summarize recent studies related to the non-invasive imaging of HSC transgenics, to show that zebrafish
