摘要
战略性新兴产业是引导未来经济社会发展的重要力量，加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业作为我国推进产业结构升级、加快经济发展方式转变的重大举措，对推进我国现代化建设具有重要战略意义。本文围绕“十四五”和 2035年战略性新兴产业的发展，系统分析了国际环境、发展趋势、国内产业现状、发展经验以及存在问题，提出未来新兴产业总体发展思路及重点方向，并从加强统筹协调、进一步优化顶层设计和强化战略引领，强化创新基础、加快完善战略性新兴产业创新体系，激发市场活力、充分发挥企业创新主体地位和主导作用，加大开放融合、坚持“走出去”和“引进来”相结合 4 个方面提出相关措施建议，以期为推动我国战略性新兴产业高质量发展提供理论参考。
