传统主食制造产业发展现状与对策研究

摘要

主食事关国计民生,在我国居民膳食结构中具有基础性和框架性的地位,虽然我国主食制造产业发展势态良好、产业集聚趋势明显,但工业化和标准化生产的水平仍有待进一步提升。本文梳理了我国传统主食制造产业的战略背景和发展现状,凝练了产业发展面临的问题。依据国家整体战略布局和行业长期规划,提出了相关对策建议:抓牢源头,选育适宜传统主食加工的优质专用品种;调整产品结构,推进传统主食制造产业改造升级;发展全谷物食品,推动传统主食加工向健康谷物创新升级;加强技术与设备研发,促进传统主食制造产业与智能制造深度融合;完善传统主食标准化体系,促进传统主食制造产业走向规范化和科学化。
