新时代中医药发展现状与思考

摘要

近年来,我国中医药事业发展迅速,同时也面临新的挑战,肩负新的历史使命。党的二十大报告中特别提出“促进中医药传承创新发展,推进健康中国建设”。为持续推进中医药高质量发展,本文以新时代中医药事业发展为背景,从中医基础理论创新、中医药临床优势与评价、中药资源开发与利用、中药智能制造和中医药走向国际等领域开展研究,对中医药发展现状进行分析,梳理中医药发展面临的形势和存在的问题,针对性提出六方面对策建议:①聚焦中医基础理论研究关键问题,实施人群中医药健康项目;②创新管理机制体制,在关键评价体系和方法上进行创新试点;③加强中医药人才队伍建设,提升中医药临床诊治水平和科研发展;④内引外拓、激发活力,促进中药资源综合开发与全面利用;⑤重视中药智能制造的发展,从理论研究、技术体系、人才培养等多层面协同创新发展;⑥推动中医药走向国际,实现中医药与国际传统医学和现代医学的融合发展。
