新时代中医药发展现状与思考

摘要
近年来，我国中医药事业发展迅速，同时也面临新的挑战，肩负新的历史使命。党的二十大报告中特别提出“促进中医药传承创新发展，推进健康中国建设”。为持续推进中医药高质量发展，本文以新时代中医药事业发展为背景，从中医基础理论创新、中医药临床优势与评价、中药资源开发与利用、中药智能制造和中医药走向国际等领域开展研究，对中医药发展现状进行分析，梳理中医药发展面临的形势和存在的问题，针对性提出六方面对策建议：①聚焦中医基础理论研究关键问题，实施人群中医药健康项目；②创新管理机制体制，在关键评价体系和方法上进行创新试点；③加强中医药人才队伍建设，提升中医药临床诊治水平和科研发展；④内引外拓、激发活力，促进中药资源综合开发与全面利用；⑤重视中药智能制造的发展，从理论研究、技术体系、人才培养等多层面协同创新发展；⑥推动中医药走向国际，实现中医药与国际传统医学和现代医学的融合发展。
