摘要
通过分析大连输油管爆炸,对当今国内外油气储运设备驱动方式进行反思。提出非能动控制原理和方法,阐述非能动控制梭式核心元件的结构和原理;对非能动梭式控制管道爆破保护系统、巨型油罐梭式消防止回阀进行分析,得出非能动控制驱动对油气储运具有特殊意义。
