Abstract

To improve the management of the new generation of employees, the authors have discussed the relationship between the personal-organizational values fit and job involvement of the new generation of employees, and made perceived organizational support as a mediating variable. The empirical results found that the personal-organizational values fit had a significant positive effect on job involvement of the new generation of employees and the perceived organizational support became as the mediating variable.
