Gang Chen, Jun Wang,chengang_xidian@163.com,wangjun@xidian.edu.cn

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2020, Volume 21, Issue 7,   Pages 963-1118 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1900150

Abstract: detects targets by exploiting available local broadcasters and communication transmissions as illuminators, which are not designed for radar. The signal usually contains a time-varying structure, which may result in high-level range ambiguity sidelobes. Because the mismatched filter is effective in suppressing sidelobes, it can be used in a . However, due to the in the reference signal, the sidelobe suppression performance seriously degrades in a system. To solve this problem, a novel algorithm is developed using . In this algorithm, the influence of the low energy level in the reference signal is taken into consideration, and a new cost function is built based on . With this optimization, the mismatched filter weights can be obtained by minimizing the total energy of the ambiguity . Quantitative evaluations and simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can realize sidelobe suppression when there is a low-energy reference signal. Its effectiveness is proved using real data.

Strategic Study of CAE 2010, Volume 12, Issue 8,   Pages 4-7

Abstract:

The richness and stable condition of migrants, the construction of ecological environment and the harmonious development of socio-economy in Three Gorges is an important problem in post Three Gorges. It's regretful that there are some contradictions exist in the man-land relations, employment and ecological problems in the reservoir area now, which leads to the necessity to protect the ecological environment following a low-carbon development. Firstly, we suggest develop low-carbon tourism industry which means to plan the tourism resources effectively, cultivate low-carbon tourism industry groups, create low-carbon transport corridors, and market special products in the reservoir area. Secondly, we suggest develop low-carbon farm aptly and set up a domestic carbon trading market. Finally, it's necessary to build a low carbon living system in the reservoir area, and make the Three Gorges area to an exemplary low-carbon area in China.

Understanding and thinking on the low-carbon development

Fu Zhihuan,Niu Tianying

Strategic Study of CAE 2010, Volume 12, Issue 6,   Pages 12-17

Abstract:

Climate change has being brought disaster to all humankind, while low-carbon development has been necessary and urgent. This paper analyzed the development measures of low-carbon economy taken by developed and developing countries, and proved that China has made great efforts on energy conservation, emission reduction, and development of low-carbon economy.According to the article,it is a reasonable way to solve climate change problem that we should adhere to the principles of common but differentiated responsibilities and the responsibility of states assigned by cumulative emissions per capita. Because of some practical reasons in home and abroad, our country must take low-carbon development road, although there are many constraints of low-carbon economy development in China. This paper put forward a lot of suggestion on China's development of low-carbon economy, and emphasized proper "development philosophy"  as the guide to meet the challenges of low-carbon development.

Li Dadong,Shi Yahua,Yang Qingyu

Strategic Study of CAE 2004, Volume 6, Issue 4,   Pages 1-8

Abstract:

By analysis of the component and structure of real high olefinic FCC naphtha, a technology of deep desulfurization and olefin saturation with minimal octane loss is developed, which is named RIDOS. The multifunctions of RIDOS technology are achieved by using a series of new catalysts, which show the good feed adaptability and operation flexibility. The results of the first commercial RIDOS unit show that an ultra-low sulfur (w(S)< 10 /μg/g), low olefins gasoline (φo<20%) is produced, while the road octane number loses only 1.3 unit. RIDOS technology provides the possibility for producing the clean fuels meeting most strict specifications.

Han Xiuting,Wang Jiechun,Jiao Zhenqaing,Gao Fei,Song Yubo

Strategic Study of CAE 2005, Volume 7, Issue 10,   Pages 64-68

Abstract:

This paper talks about method to enhance vibration signals gotten by hitting iron pipe to cause a vibrating response from which the damaged pipe information will be found. However, the reflection wave is usually too weak to acquire useful information correctly. The method, in which mccltiple similar signals are superposed, can not only decrease the noise in the signal, but also receive more message that may be lost before because of the interval of sample collection. Since the noise in signals could be treated as white noise, after multiple superposition the added noise will become to zero. The programmed the software to performs efficiently and conveniently. There are some examples in practice to express that this method is correct.

Zhang Hongliang

Strategic Study of CAE 2012, Volume 14, Issue 4,   Pages 62-64

Abstract:

Ultra low permeability formations in outer area of Daqing western is characterized by deeply buried, thin, and sand scattered. Note that first waterflood in such formation where water contained capability is poor and it's difficult to recovery oil efficiently, this paper describes pilot studies of pressurized water injection on single well to ensure effective waterflood drive and achieve goal of “sufficient water injected and implementation well” on the basis of thorough theoretical study and many demonstration. After injection completion, effective waterflood drive and significant production improvement was achieved.Use of passive seismic monitoring and isotope logging has increased water contained capabilities, eased the complexity contradiction between layers, and improved reservoir effectiveness. Water injection front drive and spread area increases or decreases, following changes of pressure of water injection. Pressurized water injection can increase coefficient of water injection front drive and enhance oil recovery, improve development efficiency of ultra low permeability reservoir,it provides a reference for development of ultra low permeability oilfield.

Strategic Study of CAE 2011, Volume 13, Issue 4,   Pages 9-14

Abstract:

Along with the economic and technological development, fossil energy resources have developed from low efficiency to high efficiency, from high carbon to low carbon. Energy resources substitution will be a long process of transition from an era when fossil energy resources are the main part to another period when new energy resources develop rapidly. Natural gas, which is characteristic of immense resource including conventional and unconventional resources and high reserve-production ratio, has become the significant development moment of low carbon fossil energy resources, and will also become the first energy resource. The utilization of natural gas, which is rather low carbon among fossil energy resources, has given rise to great attention and discussion around the world and natural gas will become the bridge to realize energy resources low carbonization. Natural gas is also new energy resource in China, and has great potential for further development.

Strategic Study of CAE 2018, Volume 20, Issue 1,   Pages 23-29 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2018.01.004

Abstract:

To realize the commitment toward reducing CO2 emission made in the Paris Agreement, the automotive industry in China must lower its CO2 emission and contribute toward low carbonization. We have created a prediction model for CO2 emission from automobiles based on the architecture of low carbonization systems for automobiles, current emission situation within the automobile life cycle, and the sales prediction for 2030 in China. Using this model, the total CO2 emission of automobiles in China was predicted for 2030; we also analyzed the CO2 emission of the automobiles with respect to the total amount of CO2 emission in China. An evaluation system has also been set up for low CO2 emission from automobiles in China, and comprehensive suggestions for a low-carbon technology roadmap in China are also presented in this paper.

The Study of Fractures and Their Development Countermeasures on Taizhao Low-permeability Reservoir in Daqing Oilfield

Zeng Lianbo,Liu Hongtao,Fang Baocai,Deng Haicheng

Strategic Study of CAE 2004, Volume 6, Issue 11,   Pages 73-79

Abstract:

The Putaohua reservoir in Taizhao area is the typical low-permeability reservoir which developed EW, SN, NW and NE tectonic fractures with high angles in the periphery of Daqing Oilfield. The development degree of above four group fractures in succession die down. By effect of modern stress field of approximately EW direction, the connectedness, opening and permeability of EW fractures are the best, then are NW and NE fractures, and that of SN fractures are the worst. The development degree of fractures are controlled by lithology, thickness, fault and tectonic stress. The effects of fractures on development include pattern arrangement, injecting water and fracturing. According to geological condition and numerical simulation of oil pool, the development effects of similar low-permeability reservoirs by rectangle and lozenge well pattern are better than by inverted 9-spot well pattern and 5-spot well pattern. Due to development of fractures in low-permeability, the stratum cracking pressure reduces, which is liable to be exceeded by the injecting pressure. This will make injecting water to flow fleetly along fractures, and cause water flooding, influenceing development effect. Therefore, it is very important to control injecting pressure in the development of low-permesability reservoirs. The artificial fractures are controlled by the modern stress field and natural fractures in fractured low-permeability reservoir. According to fractures and their seepage characteristics, three sets of adjustment schemes can be adopted on the basis of existing inverted 9-spot well pattern. At the same time, good effects can be obtained by early mild injecting water, controlling injecting pressure, linearity injecting mode, dynamic preparing water, pulse cycle injecting, perfecting pour and pick system, well pattern adjustment, choosing fracturing well and controlling fracturing scale, etc.
