Taking the construction of the main shaft hoisting in Longgu 1# Coal Mine for example, the organizational characteristics of the well shaft tower and equipments, elevator and other parallel operation of installation construction were introduced, and the technologies of tower shaft slipform construction, six-disc hanging plate installation and permanent elevator installation were described.
