Discussion on rescue career based on construction of China international rescue teams
通过对中国国际救援队组建以来队伍与人才建设、技术与装备建设方面实践经验的科学总结，探讨了灾害救援过程中提高现场危重症伤病员抢救成功率、降低死亡率的有效办法，以此促进中国救援事业的发展。
Based on summary of practical experience on teams and talents construction, the technologies and equipment construction, some effective measures of increasing the success rate and reducing mortality rescue in disaster relief process were discussed to promote the development of China's rescue career.
