航天工程管理的系统观点与方法
Systems perspective and approach in space engineering management
航天工程管理是复杂性管理，系统科学的观点和方法贯穿于航天工程管理的全部内容和各个环节。笔者从航天工程管理中的技术管理、型号管理和组织机构管理三个基本层次论述了系统观点与方法的应用。
Space engineering management is complexity management, and the perspective and approach of systems science is throughout the entire content and all stages of management. This paper discusses the application of systems perspective and approach from technical management, large complex technical projects and organizational management which are the three basic aspects of space engineering management.
