网络分析法在军工研究所R&D人力资本投资风险评估中的应用
A fuzzy evaluation model based on ANP for R&D human capital investment risk in military institutions
在对军工研究所R&D人力资本投资风险因素进行识别的基础上,建立风险评价指标体系,发现指标之间存在相互影响与反馈的关系,提出基于网络分析法并同时考虑评估意见模糊性的军工研究所R&D人力资本投资风险模糊评估模型,给出相关算法。最后,通过实例说明该方法的分析结果更合理、直观,而且还能为决策者提供更为详细的决策信息。
Based on identification of R&D human capital investment risk in military institutions, the risk evaluation model was constructed. Both interior-dependences and interactions among the constructed index exist. A fuzzy evaluation model was proposed, which is not only based on the analytic network process (ANP) but also on the fuzziness of evaluations, as well as its algorithm. Finally, an example was given to demonstrate that the analysis result was more reasonable, direct and including more abundant information.
