楼宇的智能化体现了智能在楼宇控制中的应用，合理采用控制方法对建筑的智能化有着更高的保障，同时也带来了个性化。主要讨论了在远程控制智能楼宇中分布式技术交互的理论，并构造了一个高效的分布式控制网络数据交互服务端。

Intelligent of building show intelligent application in building control. The reasonable control method more guarantees intellectualized building, at the same time, and bring personalized. In this paper, Distributed technique exchange theory has been main discussed in intelligent building control of remote control, and structed a high efficient distribuited control data exchange service end base on net.
